“Central to beaches and great restaurants this cottage is perfect for your stay in Providencialis. It has everything you need and nothing you do not. The pool and surounding patios are a welcoming reprieve from a day on the beach. Beautiful Grace Bay and Sapodilla beaches are a must do! The hosts were very welcoming and provided an escort to the cottage. This helped us easily navigate the island. We loved our stay at this cottage. It will always be our TC home”

“LaToya was absolutely the worst host I've ever encountered. I have rented many homes, all over the Caribbean & the world & I have never had the problem I had here. Upon check-in we noticed how unusually warm the home was. I immediately reached out to LaToya to whom became defensive, argumentative and unwilling to properly resolve the issue. I say properly resolve because technicians attempted to "charge the AC unit". But it became obvious that the home needed a completely brand new unit however……

“Check in was easy but listing stated that there was AC and I didn’t know that it was located only in the bedroom. It was ok in the rest of the dwelling only when the bedroom door was open. Host responded but was slow with his responses I was greeted with many bugs and it was a very uncomfortable experience. I don’t have bugs where I reside and I don’t want to deal with bugs while on vacation when I paid $1k plus. I let the host know about the bugs early on after checking in and he stated……

“Easy communication with host; property was in a good location for us (we had a car) and the adjoining properties (and the neighbourhood generally) are quiet. Everything that others have said about the dog is true - very good natured and even my son, who has severe autism and is quite scared of dogs, was fine with this one. The bedrooms are very comfortable, and the living area is spacious. The bathroom and kitchen are looking a little tired, but that’s not something that concerns us because……
