  • For the first time, we offer Five bedrooms across two Beachfront Condos PENTHOUSE 301 AND PENTHOUSE 302, directly on Grace Bay Beach. Ideal for families and large groups, both condos are the only ones on this Floor accessed by an elevator to the Penthouse Level. A small hallway separates both doors. With two condos, you can now enjoy the luxury of two kitchens, two living areas and most of all being together on your own penthouse level.
