「Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Verwalter des Appartements. Hatte übersehen, dass ich mich 1 Tag vor Anreise hätte melden müssen. Hatte GsD einen deutschsprachigen Uber-Fahrer, der für mich bei Ankunft am App den Verwalter anrief. Dieser kam innerhalb von 5 Min und es hat alles gut geklappt. Problem war, dass der Verwalter leider kein englisch oder deutsch spricht. Nur italienisch. Ohne den Uber-Fahrer wäre ich aufgeschmissen gewesen. Unterkunft ruhig und sauber. 「What a lovely boutique hotel! The location, facility and the service & staff, all were great. The hotel warned us not to get fooled by the entrance and that was right. I wish I had more time to spend in the hotel garden but didn't get to. So lovely! 」

「We communicated with Angela throughout our stay and she was on top of things every step of the way. Our plane was delayed significantly and we arrived late. She let us in late at night. When asked, she provided very clear instructions. The room we stayed was nice with fancy lighting. Though we didn’t use, the kitchen area was nice, too. With multiple private codes to get in, we felt very secure to stay. 」

「Hotel is located just minutes off Via Toledo and is 5 minutes from Toledo metro. There are good access to restaurants and shopping. The room is extremely comfortable and the breakfast in bed is fantastic. The choice and quality of food is worth at least EUR10. Paola and the staff are very friendly and helpful.」

「This room was really nice. Perfect for my husband & I and two teenagers. It has a nice shower, hangers, soap, a refrigerator with beverages to purchase. We walked 42 minutes downtown and took a taxi back and also to the airport. I would definitely stay here again.」
