House was very hard to find even with GPS. We did it by locating house on google satelite images from recognizing it from photo provided, then getting its coordinates. After that route was easy"

"Welcomed by Anna and her husband, who picked me up at the train station, when I arrived in Guardia Piemontese. The house was lovely, immaculate with everything you needed for a longer stay. Has a lovely back yard, lovely garden and outdoor shower. My stay was very relaxing due it’s country atmosphere. "Very lovely setting in the hills with lovely quiet pool. The beach nearby - lido del torre- was fantastic and we were regulars at the restaurant. Went for coffee in nearby Centraro and gelato in Belvedere. Both beautiful hilltop old towns to see the real Italy, kids loved the pool and everything worked and comfortable in the villa. Perfect quiet, relaxing week away - with lots of Italian food to go with it."

Jeden Abend Sonnenuntergang pur. Die Ausstattung war gut. Die Waschmaschine war Gold wert. Spart viele Kilos Gepäck.Auch sonst gab es viele sportliche Möglichkeiten ( Tischtennis, Kanu..) und auch ein Grill. Super!An den Bädern könnte mal was gemacht werden."

"Piero's beautiful villa was everything and more we dreamed of. He was such a gracious host willing to help us with anything. We noticed the pool pump had gone out and within 24 hours on a Sunday he had it replaced and working again. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone wanting to get away and still be close to local businesses and restaurants. I cannot say enough about what an amazing time we had and how incredible the villa and the views were."

"This was a dream stay in Italy, what a pleasant surprise. As people stated before, it is a hidden gem. Not only it is wonderful property with villa and surrounding olive garden, 7000 of them, it offers a wonderful family history to navigate. The owner and his dad spent 40 years build and renovate this property. It has all the details to perfection. The ancestor of the family moved to Italy in 1216. We, both me and my husband loved our stay. "
