Man sieht dass das Haus schon ein paar Jahre auf dem Buckel hat. Besonders im Bad an den Türen, die Fußleisten etc. Es bedurfte doch ein paar Schönheitsreparaturen, aber man arrangiert sich damit. The House is a three story village house which has been modernised to a high standard. It is very comfortable and extremely well equipped. It has two lovely balconies with fabulous views over the village, mountains and the sea in the distance. “Our group totaly 16 people stayed in this beautifull villa one week (7-14. July 2018) and we realy enjoy the each single day in this villa on the coastline. Especialy the children like it very much because the nice and clear sea is just few steps away just with few people on the beach so realy perfect place for the family holiday. To wach the sunset from the villa is amazing feeling. Special thanks to property owner Anna who give to us all the good advices regarding to the trips arround,……

“Piero's beautiful villa was everything and more we dreamed of. He was such a gracious host willing to help us with anything. We noticed the pool pump had gone out and within 24 hours on a Sunday he had it replaced and working again. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone wanting to get away and still be close to local businesses and restaurants. I cannot say enough about what an amazing time we had and how incredible the villa and the views were.”

“Die Lage am Meer mit dem schönen Garten war sehr schön. Etwas gestört haben die Züge im Hintergrund, da die Bahnlinie hinter dem Haus vorbeiführte. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Nach einer Woche wurde sauber gemacht. Die Kommunikation war immer gewährleistet. Es war ein erholsamer Familienurlaub.”
