“Die Unterkunft war super schön und sehr sehr sauber. Es war an alles gedacht und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir sind durch unsere Flugverspätung erst spät abends angekommen und sind trotzdem herzlichst empfangen worden. Während dem Aufenthalt haben wir viele tolle Tipps der Gastgeber bekommen. Alles Perfekt!!!”

“The place is great. Lots of space. It has two balconies and one rooftop terrace. They all have incredible views. The rooftop terrace is large with seating and a table large enough for our family to have meals at. We’ve been to Sperlonga three times. This is the first time we stayed here - but we are staying every time we come back from now on. Really tough to beat the views. It’s near the top of the hill - so a very short walk to dining and shopping. The walk down to the beach isn’t bad at all.……

“The property is as per the photos, but the layout was not as expected, with access via an insecure courtyard to a lowerlevel bedroom with small lounge and bathroom whist access to the two other bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and livingroom is up another flight of outside steps and through another door, so not what I (UK) would consider to be a 3 bed villa due to the separate nature of the spaces.The WiFi does not work in the lower level, nor is their mobile phone reception, so not ideal. “This is a beautiful property with a lovely patio. We loved eating out under the canopy! It is 2 miles from the town, but a short walk to the beach through the neighborhood across the road. There is an excellent Gelateria a short walk down the road, small grocery stores, a fruit stand, and little restaurants. The property itself is nicely furnished and clean. We enjoyed our stay very much! ”
