“The apartment was ok but we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the glasses and cutlery. The smell was also musty and having a family above was loud. The property was beautiful and so was the pool. The town of sperlonga is incredible ”

“Wir waren dort mit 5 Erwachsenen Personen für 10 Tage. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb eines Vorortes von Rom, sehr idyllisch. Es sind in der Umgebung 2 Bahnhöfe, mit den man in kurzer Zeit in Rom ist. Man kann nicht nur die Gegend erkunden sondern es gibt auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wichtig ist die Famile Bianchi welche sich um alles kümmern und jede Frage beantworten. Es hat uns an wirklich nichts gefehlt. Einfach super und das Geld wert.”

“We loved this home. The view outside was fantastic. The only issue was that there was a musty (maybe cat?) scent in the air and we’ll all got allergic reactions. The furniture inside could be a bit more comfortable but we enjoyed our stay.”

“We've had a lovely stay at this villa. Best way I can describe it is as an authentic Italian experience well away from tourists and the beaten track. Easy to get to Rome though ( train from Zagarolo ) and we can recommend the Hydromania water park too, a 40 minute drive away. We spent most of our time relaxing and the pool was brilliant for our children and we hardly spent any time indoors. A big thanks to the owner PierPaolo and to Angelo the gardener.”
