“Il villino Carlotta è un posto incantevole e delizioso con tutti i confort e Tiziano un bravissimo host e che insieme alla sua famiglia ci ha coccolato con prelibatezze locali. Checkin rapido e comodo, la cucina aveva tutto il necessario posate stoviglie caffettiera, ecc la casa ben pulita, il wifi buono sa ogni angolo della casa. Il climatizzatore raffresca tutte le stanze. Il salento è un posto magico e “lu ientu” ci ha fatto godere splendide serate nel patio arricchito con ottima carne cotta……

“My husband & I had the most wonderful time in this very pretty authentic accommodation. Such a romantic setting with stunning views & very peaceful. The accommodation as basic as it is had everything we required & needed, the outdoor shower was just brilliant. Livia, the host’s daughter, was most helpful with supplying us with all the local information & her tips for eating out etc..Bruno & Livia were lovely & incredibly helpful! Would highly recommend this little rustic gem! ”

“Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Demelsas wunderschönem Haus - es war mit Abstand die beste Unterkunft auf unserer Italienrundreise und wir können sie uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!Von der herzlichen Begrüßung durch Demelsa und ihre Familie, die Snacks und Getränke vorbereitet und für uns Wasserflaschen und Milch eingekauft hatten, über die Sauberkeit des kompletten Anwesens bis zur Kommunikation war einfach alles perfekt!Wir haben uns gefühlt, wie im Paradies! Das Haus und den Pool hatten……

“Siamo stati 12 notti con la mia compagna e mio figlio di 7 anni. Posto fantastico, casa trovata pulitissima e con tutto il necessario per poter passare una vacanza rilassante circondati da una bellezza indescrivibile. Il bambino letteralmente impazzito per l’ambiente immerso tra i pini, l’affaccio sul mare. Serate al chiaro di luna col fuoco acceso del barbecue…che altro chiedere? Servizio molto preciso e attento. Grazie ancora e…all’anno prossimo”

“Perfekte Lage mit bestem Blick aufs Meer! Ruhe und Entspannung!Um in Restaurants oder Sandstrände zu gelangen ist ein Auto nötig. Parkmöglichkeit gegenüber des Hauses am Straßenrand. Innerhalb von 20 Autominuten ist man in vielen verschiedenen Städten! Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Haustierfreundlich! Gute wäre wenn der „eigene Bereich“ mit einem Zaun/Gatter an der Terrasse abgetrennt wäre. Mini Pool ist völlig ausreichend. Allerdings ungeheizt und echt kalt. Den Kindern hat……

“Lage, ein wenig isoliert mit viel Privatsphäre. Ideal für 2 -3 Personen. Mehr schattenspendete Bäume oder Sonnenschirme bzw. Sonnensegel fehlten. Die Sonne ist bereits sehr stark am frühen Morgen.”
