A lady called me one day befor checking in, said the apartment heater was not working, she Sadie would change another apartment to me. BUT SHE NEVER TOLD ME THE CHANGED APARTMENT HAS ONLY ONE BEDROOM AND ONE BED!!! It was very embarrassing, two persons has to share one bed!!! When I talked to them, they never responded. And charged me two bedroom apartment price. I felt cheated!!! 」

「Room was very warm and we couldn’t seem to get the thermostat to turn lower than 25 degrees c. Reached out several times, but just told to turn off the thermostat. Fortunately the windows opened, so we could cool the room that way. But the response from management was disappointing. The floor in the bathroom was under maintenance. It was all heaved up, which made it very uncomfortable (and potentially dangerous) to walk on. I don’t think they should have rented us this apartment with the floor...
