"This stay was idyllic and everything that was promised. Privacy, serenity and beautiful surroundings. Loads to do in the area and off the beaten track enough to have a sanctuary from tourism. Susan was the hostess with the mostess. Always there for suggestions, but never intruding. Her family are quintessential Italian and we loved hearing her grandchildren calling each other across the garden, hearing the neigh of the horses and next doors donkey in the distance. "This villa is in a great location, with easy access by train or car to Lucca, Pisa and Florence. The villa had everything we needed to have a wonderful holiday which we did. It is one of the few Villas we have stayed that we would like to come back to. The directions we're very good making it easy to find. Would definitely recommend this villa to family and friends."

"Very friendly welcome from the whole family. The bungalow had everything we needed, with enough room for our daughter to stay with us for a few days. Weather was gorgeous, which made the pool very welcome. Very peacefull spot, the local town. Had a supermarket, bar gelateria and pizzeria, Lucca was 5 miles away, and Pisa about 20.....both well worth a visit. Overall a relaxing, stress free break. "

"The cottage is wonderful for getting away from it all. Comfy bed, wifi, brilliant host, a varied selection of wildlife and animals! The location is really off the beaten track, the last road to the parking is very narrow with tight bends. We walked down the ancient path to the medieval bridge a couple of times, steep but great views. Very peaceful place, thoroughly recommended."

"We had a wonderful stay in La Zinobita. Giuseppe and Cinzia were welcoming, kind and helpful hosts. The house was clean, comfortable and well kept with Giuseppe cleaning the pool early every morning. There were several terraces to enjoy the sun or shade. The pool was lovely with super views. The property is very well situated within easy reach of the centre and no problems parking outside. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to return next year."

"Unser Urlaub war wunderschön. Die Lage des Hauses ist hervorragend. Das Haus auf dem Grundstück, auf dem die lieben Vermieter auch in ihrem schönen Haus leben, ist sehr idyllisch. Das Grundstück ähnelt einem kleinen Park. Es ist sehr gemütlich und perfekt angelegt und gepflegt. Das Highlight ist der Pool, welcher circa 10 Meter lang und 5 Meter breit ist. Einfach genial. Die Vermieter sind zwar da, aber halten sich absolut im Hintergrund. Es fehlte an nichts. Nach Lucca sind es gerade mal 20...

"This tiny holiday house is a perfect place for 2 people to discover Lucca and the beautiful area around Lucca. The appartment with small pool is located on a vineyard and has a nice terras with a beautiful view on the surrounding hills. The house itself is small but okay for 2 people and contains all necessary equipment, even a washing machine. If a dishwasher was to be added the house would be complete. Enjoying the warm weather the last 2 weeks we can certainly recommend this holiday home."

"We had a lovely holiday (family with 5 kids, age 11 to 23), peaceful and quiet and with the option to go out for a good meal nearby. Culture and swimming to be found with a car ride of 20 min, a beautiful mountain lake for swimming and nice little towns. Lucca and other more touristic places are a bit further, still good to do by car. The house and garden are spacious with all you need for a relaxing holiday. Nice addition is the separate part of the house which contains a bedroom, a bathroom...
