“The loft is as pictured it was a great space on the main floor however the loft bedroom if you are tall you will struggle. My husband hit head multiple times off the slanted ceiling and you basically need to duck while on the bedroom level. Air conditioning worked and there were a lot of steps and also a gate to get through to arrive at the loft. The location is fantastic and the communication with the host was very prompt just beware of ceiling height on bedroom level. And the bed size was……

“Amazing stay. Our favorite stay of our Italy trip. Apartment is so large and comfortable and in a very nice area of town. 20 min walk to the historic center. Amazing gelateria across the street and the garage parking spot (though only for small cars) makes it very convenient. Easy street parking too. Very sparkling clean, bed comfortable. AC welcome in 100 degree heat wave. Wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely return if we are back in Modena.”

“Good place to stay. Airconditioning seemed to be a little low capacity, since it remained a bit warm during the night. But for the rest it was a good accommodation. Clean and close to the city center. And at a good price.”
