「Great place to stay if your looking for something near Disneyland. 」

「I read various reviews before booking this hotel; some were very positive, while others were quite negative, which made me a bit worried. However, since we were only staying for one night and leaving for the airport in the morning, we decided to give it a try. I was aware that there would be no reception and possible extra charges at certain times, so we arrived at the hotel as soon as we got to Milan. 「Great location- easy walking distance to most major attractions- the Duomo, Castello Sforcesco and Santa Maria de la Grazia (Last Supper). The suite is well appointed and everything needed is provided - coffee, tea, shampoo, shower gel and body lotions (Lanvin) - as well as toothbrushes and pastes and even ear plugs (should flag that due to the very central location it is a little noisier as lots of traffic but the ear plugs provided help a great deal).」

「Central air conditioning. A little stuffy and too noisy if we opened the window. The reception was friendly and communication was very perfect and timely. Unfortunately our last night was disrupted by a powercut due to the construction work that was being carried out outside of the building. 」
