「Fantastic location, fantastic staff and fantastic rooms. Only disappointed that some things in the room wasn’t working properly kettle was broken and the toilet paper holder fell off the wall. And also no cleaning of rooms or any way to order cleaning. But we stayed for 3 nights so didn’t really need it and got new towels upon request. The staff makes this place great! Super info before and during the stay! Will come back 」

「I really want to give it a higher rating because the staff is nice and accomodating, but the property had issues at our stay, that I am not sure is resolved, so be sure to call the property to ask. They speak english-big plus. Apt is nice and spacious. There are mini split AC in the unit. However- The AC is tied to some floored installed heating and cooling that made the tile floors “sweat” in the evening. "Good location, only a couple minutes walking distance from Milano train station. The reception staff are warm and helpful. They gave recommendations for dining and even help to reserve a table for us in a good restaurant in the neighborhood. Breakfast is also worth to choose, will stay here again if next visit in Milano!"
