My train from Venice was delayed for an hour, which caused me to miss my connection in Florence and arrive two hours late. Even though I informed them about the situation and the trouble we were going through, they called me disrespectful, canceled my reservation as a “no-show,” and charged me a penalty — leaving me, my husband, and my son stranded in the middle of nowhere without a place...

「The host was a bit grumpy. Two bath towels provided for 8 days for two people. No bath soap, shampoo, which became a non-issue because even I, at 5'2", 105 pounds, didn't fit in the bagno, itself accessible by several sets of stairs. My husband at 6'3," 200 lbs, literally gave up and used the McDonald's bagno 20 min. away. It was well-located as a base of operations, with a beautiful view of the Umbrian countryside. No coffee pot. 」

「The host was very flexible in meeting me for check in. There were also a few questions that came up during the stay that were answered very quickly. When we were running low on coffee and needed an ironing board, he helped! I would recommend this apartment and would stay again. Thanks to Paolo!」

「The property was hard to find. A jeweler next door helped us look his property kept coming up as the place. Floors were dusty and property manager was rude. But the location was beautiful. Right in the middle of town an easy walk to everything」

The apartment is very modern, spotlessly clean and well equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Owner Daniela was extremely responsive throughout the entire process. The apartment was in a quiet neighborhood and was a short walk from the restaurants and shops of the city center. Comfortable walking shoes are recommended for navigating the hilly...

「Great location, extremely well kept and beautiful. Lots of space and has a washer and dryer, not a combo unit like so many places in Europe. Host was great at communicating quickly and was helpful at all times. The only down side I would say, is that the place is so nicely adorned and decorated that we felt we had to constantly be hovering to make certain our kids didn’t accidentally damage any of the beautiful decorations or furniture. It seems petty and stupid writing this, but I was not able...
