“Nicely situated place, right on the edge of the old center. Note that you can drop your stuff but you do need to park approx 15min away. Not a big problem but just be warned. There was some late night (motos and loud-talking neighbors) and early morning street noise (garbage truck and/or street cleaners) and seems like there is little to no noise isolation on the windows. The curtains don’t fully cover the windows either so lots of light. As a light sleeper, this wasn’t great. If none of that……

“Excellent customer service. They stayed connected even though we checked in late. I would come back and plan to stay longer as the grounds have a beautiful pool and garden. ”

“The apartment was stunningly beautiful, with stone ceilings and walls, and a beautiful mural in the hallway. The host was kind and responsive, making sure that we had everything we might need. A few notes about Assisi: remember that this is a mountain town.”

“Everything was as expected except the property was so much nicer than even the photos. Valentina is a wonderful host snd communicates well in English. We found the slightly out of town location very convenient. The Nero Gatto restsurant literal l y around the corner (1 mile) was a pleasant surprise. Wonderful menu and great service. Food was delicious. Highly recommend if you don't want to go all the way into Perugia.”

“We enjoyed the location and the ease to see the historic elements of Assisi. But the major bad point is that the stove and its oven did not work.”

“Avoid this place at all costs! These are the rudest and most inconsiderate people you could ever encounter. My train from Venice was delayed for an hour, which caused me to miss my connection in Florence and arrive two hours late. Even though I informed them about the situation and the trouble we were going through, they called me disrespectful, canceled my reservation as a “no-show,” and charged me a penalty — leaving me, my husband, and my son stranded in the middle of nowhere without a place……
