"Assisi is within walking distance (less then 20 minutes), which it makes the perfect location to visit this beautiful and well-restored town of San Francisco and Santa Chiara. The garden with its nice flowers and figs, tomatoes and olive trees create a comfortable and tranquil atmosphere. The house is spit in two apartments. We rented the lower apartment, which was very nicely restored with an eye for detail. We didn’t hear much of our neighbours from upstairs. We’ve shared the garden easily."

"We were a large group of 16 (mostly family). This villa was perfect for us. Long hot days by the pool (which is a perfect size). Everyone had plenty of space in the many cool breezy rooms. Even though we were there in the middle of summer, it was easy to sleep without the A/C, but we had the option. The kitchen was amazing, modern and had everything we needed. Easy day trips to Rome, Assisi and Montipulciano. And lots of other beautiful villages. We ate the most amazing meal at the...
