“Wir waren zu viert Meine Frau Tochter Ehemann und ich Nach kurzem anschauen dachte ich nun ja mal abwarten Aber es ging alles gut Fabio ist echt nett und gibt sich sehr Mühe es jedem recht zu machen Ausstattung ist ausreichend Der Weg zum Haus ist mit dem Auto nur sicher machbar wenn es ein Allrad ist Das herunterfahren zum Haus ist wirklich Abenteuerlich Aber wenn man da ist wird man für alle Mühen entschädigt Aussicht und Ruhe Wirklich klasse Alles in allem gebe ich 5 Sterne weil es einfach……

“This was a joyful holiday stay. The apartment is spacious enough for two. And extremely well equipped. The location was delightful and surrounded by olive trees. The owner made the stay even better by being friendly, but not constantly 'checking on us'. There was the added bonus of the owner's dog wanting to sit with us while we sipped Tuscan wine in the shade in the afternoon. He wasn't 'in the way' he just wanted to be around humans. :-) The ONLY negative I can say is that the road up to the……

“Problems from initial reservation through hotels.com. The owner also has a sub contract with another company that sends contracts that you must abide by. These contracts do not mirror the conditions within hotels.com. I immediately tried to contact the hotel without luck. I contacted hotels.com, provide the sub contracts that I didn't agree to and hotels.com were not able to contact the hotel. I contacted the sub contract and provide them the conditions through hotels.com the i agreed too……

“Zuerst, Herr Biondi ist ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber! Die Wohnung liegt wunderschön mit Blick auf einige Dörfer. Das Rustico hat großen authentischen Charme früherer Zeiten. Was man vielleicht eindeutiger erklären muss. Die Anfahrtsstraße von Pescia ist abenteuerlich schlecht. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist sehr steil und rutschig. Zweiradfahrer sollten sich gut überlegen dort hinunter zu fahren. Es gibt ca. 200 Meter oberhalb des Hauses eine Parkmöglichkeit. Das Haus ist sehr sparsam……
