“Very cozy room and friendly staffs. The breakfast is no fancy but essential and sufficient. Just one small thing: The room is equipped with stoves, with pot, cups and spoons, which is nice but surprisingly, no kettle! Luckily we can go to the canteen for hot water to make tea and coffee. The free parking venue is a plus. Supermarket is close by. Overall, I will recommend this place for someone come with car.”

“Villa Patrizia provided a wonderful stay. Charming and comfortable buildings. Simone was extremely helpful the entire time and could communicate with me in both Spanish and English since my Italian is very lacking. Beautiful views, and the location gives you a taste of the Italian countryside. I highly recommend booking here.”

“All around excellent stay. Hosts were able to provide for all our needs. For property condition, only four star for now, because they are renovating one of the 2 buildings on the property. So some noise during day. Will return.”
