“A fantastic property, both inside and out. The outdoor dining and living area was great and well used. Pool and tennis court on superb condition. The centre of Rome was easily accessible using the punctual trains. Check-in process was so smooth and property full of the essentials that you often have to source yourself. We had a great holoday using this lovely villa as our base. We hope to return very soon!”

“Simonetta’s Villa is beautiful, spacious and in a great location for a relaxing family get-away. The outdoor space is amazing - with a hot tub, ping pong table and bikes to keep our children entertained for hours. Everything we needed was within walking distance (grocery store, coffee/gelato shop, beach) which was awesome as we didn’t have to rent a vehicle to get around. The rooms within the house are also spacious and comfortable for a larger family. I would definitely recommend Simonetta’s……

“Our stay at your incredible Villa was the highlight of our family trip! First of all, the beautiful accommodations for the 12 of us were so perfect. As we ranged from 14 to 85 years old- the rooms we had seemed destined for our own individual needs. Our room was perfect. Having both a separate and common entrance was a great unexpected perk! The refreshing pool was a perfect spot for gathering and relaxing after a hot day in Rome. The pizza making night was so memorable- each of us being able to……

Il conviendrait de disposer d'un canapé sur lequel on puisse s'asseoir et de chauffe eaux plus conséquents en l'absence de lave vaisselle dans la mesure où nous etions 9.
