“The house is in a quiet neighborhood and has a bright open floor plan. It is comfortable and has all the amenities listed. The private patio is very charming, but there was a heat wave during our stay, so we unfortunately could not enjoy it. There is a coffee/snack shop at the corner with fresh pastries and a very good grocery (Conad) just a 12 minute walk away. One bedroom has twin beds, so it would be ideal for families. The only issue is the location. There are no local restaurants within……

“A fantastic property, both inside and out. The outdoor dining and living area was great and well used. Pool and tennis court on superb condition. The centre of Rome was easily accessible using the punctual trains. Check-in process was so smooth and property full of the essentials that you often have to source yourself. We had a great holoday using this lovely villa as our base. We hope to return very soon!”

“This huge elegant house is a remarkable place to stay, the opposite of a bland holiday villa, it has cool marble floors & frescoes but somehow doesn’t take itself too seriously. We have 8 children between ages 2 to 16 and we were swallowed up in the massive rooms. “Simonetta’s Villa is beautiful, spacious and in a great location for a relaxing family get-away. The outdoor space is amazing - with a hot tub, ping pong table and bikes to keep our children entertained for hours. Everything we needed was within walking distance (grocery store, coffee/gelato shop, beach) which was awesome as we didn’t have to rent a vehicle to get around. The rooms within the house are also spacious and comfortable for a larger family. I would definitely recommend Simonetta’s……

“Fabulous location within walking distance of all the basics and to Trastevere/Vatican City. Plenty of room for our crew of 14 and kitchens capable of simple meals. Host (Daniela) was very accomodating and accessible. A few things to note from our stay: we were unable to get the drying function of the combined washer/dryer to work. It was chilly some nights and we could have used extra blankets. Some of the umbrellas/awnings/outdoor furniture needs replacement (normal wear & tear). Limited indoor……

“Lejligheden på første sal er godt indrettet og har en enestående udsigt over søen. Her er flere terrasser, alle overdækket og med forskellige typer havemøbler. Der er også en lille have. Køkkenet er meget veludstyret og har god plads til en familie. Værten Andrea er yderst venlig og hjælpsom. Vi havde en dejlig ferie her og kan varmt anbefale lejligheden.”

“Tout d'abord, je tiens à saluer la gentillesse, la bonne éducation, la bonne communication et le bon service de Vittorio. Quand nous sommes arrivés, Vittorio était là comme prévu, la maison ainsi que le jardin et la piscine étaient parfaitement propre et équipés. Vittorio nous a donné toutes les informations nécessaires concernant la maison mais aussi les environs. Les quelques fois où nous devions faire appel à lui, il suffisait d'envoyer un message par Whatsapp et dans les 10 minutes il……

“Splendida villa immersa nella quiete delle colline di Lariano. L'appartamento da 9 posti totali è al piano superiore della villa che sembra quasi una reggia. Molto curato, i proprietari gentilissimi. Comodo per chi vuole godere delle bellezze dei Castelli Romani ma anche per chi vuole divertirsi o fare shopping al Parco di Valmontone poco distante. Ringrazio ancora i proprietari per l'accoglienza. Consigliato”
