“It's very close to the shore and have a nice indoor swimming pool for entertain the kid safely. ”

“The staff is super friendly, there is beach access across the street and the view is beautiful. Downtown is roughly a mile away and with that being said, we will always stay there when we come back!!”

“We picked the lotus because it was the cheapest place we could find that was right on commercial. That ended up being the only feature of this place that we enjoyed. They don’t provide parking so the money we saved on picking a cheap hotel ended up going to the grace hall parking lot fees. The room was small with a shared bathroom, which I was okay with. What I wasn’t okay with was how dirty this place is. We arrive at the room and turn the AC on. Minutes later, the room reeks of mildew. We……

“We were unable to unpack due to lack of space for clothing. Only 1 side of the bed had plus for charging phones. Nobody working the desk most of the time. It was terribly overpriced for what it was.”

Our rooms' fire alarm chirped all night, we tried to turn off but no success. we did not call for help b/c we didnt want maintenance coming in the middle of the night. so not sure what would have happened had we called. did alert hotel staff in the morning.”

“Really nice hotel and a very good location, although a longer walk to Provencetown than I would have liked. Breakfast was very good and we did have a great view of the beach. The amenities were less than I expected, which may be because it was past summer. There is s real good restaurant righ next door that I recommend.”

“The property was great and room was great. We had the Collette room which was at back of the property that had access to a nice little patio. The place was quite even with others staying in thr property. The one feedback I would say is that leading up to the stay, there was a lot of phone calls, text, email and messages which made it a bit overwhelming. Sometimes one call to confirm the booking is enough, followed by a confirmation email. Otherwise everything was great. The staff and……

“Beautiful inn, with many thoughtful design touches. We loved the chance to chat with fellow guests over wine on the porch and breakfast in the garden. Although the inn has very limited parking, there was plentiful parking in the public lot only a block away, even on a busy summer day. We will definitely return!!”
