“The Inn at Cook St is privately owned and well maintained by the owner Spencer. He greeted us and personally supervised where we safely parked our car, fix the television so we could watch the Knicks game and cooked the best breakfast ever! And he gardens too. It is worth every penny to stay at this inn! It is conveniently located, near Commercial St, quiet and surrounded by trees and flowers. Our room was clean, uniquely decorated and well airated! “The only positive thing what is the location? The room was very small. The space between the bed and the wall was only 12 inches. The bed frame was partially off. The boxspring was dirty. The floor rug was very dirty. The pier parking was full after certain hours. The price for this stay was too high for the type of room it was. I couldn’t wait to leave. The brochure was deceiving.”
