「Nice and convenient hotel. 」

「Starting off with I paid 123.19 for one night here. When we first got there it seemed normal. The staff was helpful getting us checked in. When we opened the door to our room it smelled like mildew and felt sticky. The room was outdated, the sheets were damped, stains on the bed sheet, stains on the couch chair, and hair on the floor. We showered with our shoes on because we didn’t trust that they were cleaned properly. Breakfast - Waffles tasted sour, the server was on the phone taking a...

「It was a very clean place. The staff was helpful. Breakfast was acceptable. I recommend this Best Western. However, 2 safety factors were not working. 1. The telephone 2. No lock on the back door which was near our room.」
