「The location was walkable to all the shops and Cliff Walk, but far enough away where we didn’t have to deal with the traffic and congestion. Staff were nice and accommodating. They helped to make our first time in Newport enjoyable and would definitely stay there again if we are ever back in the area.」

「The place was clean and a nice apartment. We stayed only 1 night. Yes, there is traffic and you will hear it all night long, but it is what it is (if owner lists this, would you rent it?) The beds, for us, were so uncomfortable...too soft. But that's a personal preference. The ceiling fan made an intermittent noise that kept waking me. The towels were rough and felt like they were washed without softener. As others noted, there weren't enough towels and wash cloths for the number of guests...

「We had a very comfortable one-night stay and would stay again if ever in the area. Late check-in was very smooth, and we found the space clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with everything we needed. Getting heavy suitcases up the narrow stairway to the third floor (and trying to do so quietly during a late-night arrival so as not to disturb the neighbors) was the only thing we found a little difficult, but that was really nothing in the great scheme of things. Great hosts -- would definitely...

「Connie is an incredible host! Her home is cozy, cute, and in an excellent location with reserved parking, which made everything so easy. She has really thought of everything . The lovely little lights along the stairs were such a welcome touch, especially in an unfamiliar setting. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom even had every kind of extra essential in case you forgot something or need beach towels and chairs for a trip down to the water. The food she provided was delicious and...

「Sea Rose is a beautiful and thoughtfully maintained home. It has a lovely backyard area with fire pit, swings and eating area. There is a well stocked shed with bikes, beach chairs, corn hole, and more. We really appreciated the little touches like beach towels, side shelves by all the beds to plug in phones and even coffee and creamer! 「This was a perfect stay for us. My in-laws are minutes away down Post Rd and Tyler’s property was space for us to land as a family, while also doing the extended family activities over New Years. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog and the location was quiet. Bonus, we had gorgeous fresh snow on New Years morning. I would absolutely recommend this place and hope to rent again. 」

「What a delight to find this gem of a property. The lawn is spacious the old trees are shady and the flower beds are well taken care of by the host.
