“Accuracy of the listing is pretty spot on. It was me and my daughter there for a cheer competition, and she loved the roof top area (it was just too cold for us to hang out up there). The place was clean, and all amenities were there. I did realize after the fact (this was my fault) there are not curtains for the front window, so we took the foldable twin bed mattress and leaned it up against the window at nighttime to block out the views from outside. Again, nothing against the listing or……

“I liked that even though there was an apartment next to this one, it was vacant, so it was very quiet at night. The apartment is off of a main road so it made it easy to get in and out. I had everything available that I needed in the surrounding area. The owners checked-in often to see if I needed anything. A welcome basket was sitting on the dining room table with drinks and snacks. A welcome book with instructions for the apartment and most importantly a list of all the local restaurants in……

“Linda was extremely friendly and helpful. She accommodated my group’s needs for a shorter stay on a holiday weekend, which was very nice. The VRBO was spacious and perfect for a large group.”

The link to communicate needs to be fixed. The place is darling, and I definitely would highly recommend it. ”

“My partner and I enjoyed our stay! The apartment had a homey feel with good sunlight and was in clean conditions. The owner left a good amount of amenities to use. The apartment is located in a good area in Tulsa where you are able to drive easily to the Bok Center and other attractions such as, The Philbrook Museum, The Mother Road Route 66 and The Gathering Place. It is walkable distance from Cherry St.”

“The beds were comfortable! The location was convenient for everything we wanted to do. Great restaurants nearby, and the apartment was quite the conversation piece! Really interesting furniture and decor! It was fun staying there!”

“We had a great time celebrating our 30th anniversary. Property is clean and easy to get to and within walking distance to the places we wanted to visit. Our only complaint was the barking dog in 406….but that is beyond the control of the property manager. Our door access code didn’t work, but the property manager was quick to respond and had us fixed within minutes of me sending a message. If you are looking to visit down town Tulsa, this is one of the best options we’ve stayed in.”

“The ease of parking and the property location is wonderful. I happened to stay during a event filled weekend downtown. If you are a light sleeper - expect to get ambient noise. Otherwise everything worked wonderfully - easy to bring groceries up, make coffee, enjoy the view (which is great). Good coffee in lobby of building. 8 or more restaurants and pubs within one block. Very good location.”

“The apartment was clean, had everything we needed and was super close to lots of cool places on Cherry St. Also a very short Uber ride to downtown!! Would definitely stay again!”

“I've stayed here twice in the past month. It is the perfect place for me! The ONLY negative thing is that no matter how many plug ins, fans or sprays used, there's a horrible sewage smell that cant even be covered up. ”

“We stayed for 3 nights, and it is a cute little 2 bed 1 bath. The walls are super thin, and the door handles are a bit funky. We all got locked in the bathroom several times because the doorknob is jacked. The bathroom sink hardly let out any water, the tub wasn't draining all the way so you stood in your shower water the whole time, and we had to keep plunging the toilet. I had trouble locking the door at one point and called the manager and they were very disinterested in the issue, borderline……

“Beautiful home and neighborhood. Close to points of interest you would want newcomers to Tulsa to visit: The Gathering Place, Philbrook Museum, downtown sights. Everyone in our group enjoyed the stay.”
