“Let us be clear on what this place is. This residence is a series of rooms which are the extensions to someone's house. The accommodations are simple in that you have bedroom, bathroom, tv, internet and maybe a kitchen. If you are ok with this setup, then this is a fantastic place to stay. “We stayed at South Gap for 3 days after 2 weeks in the north of the island, looking to wind down before we flew home. Having stayed at several venues in previous years, South Gap Hotel is by far the best we've found. “Very nice, clean property with friendly staff who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Meals and drinks were all good at the restaurants and bars. Always ample seating at the pools, beach, and bars. Children at the resort were so well-behaved. We liked the beach, but we were very disappointed that it wasn't a particularly swimmable area.
