“I like the river view of my room and this is my 2nd time visit in 2026. Deeply appreciate for the birthday cake and roses from the hotel.”

“good”

“There was thick dust rolled at the side of the carpet. 1/3 of the windows were dirty and they blocked you from a clear view outside. TV timer was dated 20 years ago. It took hours to cool the room. The wifi was weak. No business centre as advertised. Housekeeping came very early in the morning. Do not expect what you have experienced in other Hilton hotels before.”
