Beautiful rooms, very comfortable and nicely maintained. Interesting, historic building in great location - easy walking distance to many sights in White Town.
Nice restaurant food and great cocktails, but a la carte breakfast was not available - only buffet, which was simple but good.
Management very friendly and helpful however, restaurant staff not particularly attentive so service could be slow at times. But all in all a very nice place to stay in the centre of Pondy.

Excellent option for stay in Vintage French hotel
This was an amazing stay at this hotel. This is a boutique hotel with excellent rooms individually decorated in European style. The hotel itself has a classical french Vintage touch. Grand room allotted to me was was big enough in size. Breakfast is Ala-Carte but it is not a problem who do not want a big buffet type of spread that leads to waste of food items unnecessarily. Beach is walkable and is just 2 - 3 minutes walk from the hotel. Can not give review on food, as I did not take food in the hotel. Receptionists are courteous and try to assist well. Swimming pool looked great but I did not use. There is roof top restaurant as well and sea is visible from this restaurant.
