「I love the staff. They are always smiling, respectful and kind.The hotel is really clean and quiet.Only complain is the system they use to get in, and turn the ligts on. Not everybody knows how to use the card key and it took us more than two times and a bedroom change to figure out, how to manage everything. Funny thing, it is so simple. You guys should just print the steps and post them in a place by the bathroom, night table or tv, or wherever, so the guest reads them and proceed.Other...

「Ok the good: it’s clean, quiet, and no one will bother you. If you have business in this part of town (Usaquén) or at the big hospital, Pepe’s is well placed. Check-in is easy. The not-so-good: The exterior code -locks are a little hard to find, and the code hasn’t changed in 6 months. No trash bin in the room except for a teeny one in the bathroom. Insecure door locks. 「El hotel me llamó 3 días antes de la fecha fe hospedaje y me cancelo, en sus políticas decía que pago en el alojamiento pero no era real la información porque tenia que pagar 15 días antes y no me avisaron con tiempo solo el avisaron para cancelar la reserva, el hotel me referencio a otro hotel donde pague el 50% y dos horas antes también me cancelaron la reserva, ya estaba a 40 minutos de llegar 」

「Nuestra experiencia en este hotel durante Semana Santa fue simplemente increíble. Desde el primer momento nos sentimos acogidos en un lugar realmente especial. Las habitaciones son espectaculares, muy cómodas y cuidadas en cada detalle. Al ser un bed and breakfast, el desayuno merece una mención aparte: delicioso, fresco y preparado con muchísimo cariño.
