Excellent stay! Unfortunately, Not this home! The home listed here was more than disappointing, but thanks to the amazing team and the host, we were moved to a home twice the size. Even more beautiful than expected. So, thanks to everyone here at las conchas!

The good: Great location right on the beach. Set up of the house is good with bar area separate from kitchen. Lots of space to spread out. The upper deck is fantastic at night and made the bad much more bearable.The bad: The house needs some major attention; which is understandable from a beach house in Rocky Point. But have stayed at several houses in Los Conchas, and this one definitely needs a little more attention than others. 2 of the 3 showers did not work. One just leaked the entire time we were there. No hot water throughout the entire house. Patio furniture leaves a lot to be desired. There are several broken tiles on the patio that don't go well with bare feet. Access to the beach looks great, but there is a major drop off from the stairs to the sand. Very rocky beach area. And the worst part is dealing with Oceana Rentals which is who manages the house. After confirming with us that we could check in early, we show up at 12 noon as scheduled and are told that the house won't be ready until at least 3. But good news... "we won't charge you for the early check-in!" And when we were finally able to get into the house, it was obvious that nobody had been there in quite some time. Then during the stay when we tried to call about the showers not working, plus the one that just kept leaking, we were told somebody would be right there. Nobody ever showed up the remaining 2 days we were there. Cannot recommend staying here, largely based on Oceana.

On the beach

The house was on the beach it was a nice area especially when the tide is high. There is quite a bit coral in the area, made it a bit hard to swim. Pretty overall

Location was perfect. House needs some love. Faucets not working, roof leak in one bedroom, no hot water, low water pressure. Advertised outdoor shower that didn’t work. Refrigerator froze everything even after we turned it down twice. Not major issues, but for the price, would expect better. Got stuck in the driveway after a rain. Good thing I had a truck, if we had the wife’s car, would have need d a tow! In spite of that, we still had a good time. A really great location

Please read the reviews before booking this house. Absolutely the most broken down house we have ever rented in Mexico. This house needs some serious upkeep, there were water pressure issues in the master bathroom shower and the Kitchen sink. The master door wouldn’t open to the patio/beach, there are zero cleaning supplies including a broom, mop, washer/dryer etc The dishwasher couldn’t be used (no detergent) the Furnature was Disgusting both of the couches need thrown away you could not even sit on them without putting a blanket down first. Our checkin time was about an hour and a half late due to it not being cleaned in time. Out of the three bathrooms the one closest to the kitchen couldn’t be used because the shower knob was broken, the guest bathroom had mold growing in it. The pots and pans were old and just abused- the entire kitchen needs a reset with fresh pots, pans and appliances they were all falling apart including the refrigerator, the door would not close properly. The decor was miss matched, dusty and cluttered. I think guest would take better care of your home if you provided supplies to keep it clean especially when someone is staying for a week- they need the basic cleaning necessities specifically a broom. The view and beach access was great.

Nice home, had to find circuit breakers to reset for some rooms. Lots of rocks on this part of the Las Conchas beach.

Ehhh average!! Poor water pressure.

Check in was at 4 pm. Cleaning staff did not leave until 630 pm. Cleaning from whoever stayed prior to our group. Maintenance guy was also there trying to fix the bathroom sink. For more than two hours we did not get our privacy. On a positive note…. distance from house to beach is short. I also noticed that Rocky Point felt very safe this time around. Police were very laid back non present.

1st time staying here at Beachcomber on Las Conchas, wont be the last. House is exactly as described, lots of room for 8 people. Everything you need in the kitchen is there for food prep. Like the separate wet bar area. Rooms are nice and comfortable. Master bedroom and bath is huge. Water pressure real low in master bath, but it gets the job done. Living room is nice and roomy. Flat screen TV, with a firestick but no remote. Luckily I brought our firestick and we were able to stream. The star of the show is the fully covered patio. We spent most of our time here. The view of the Sea of Cortez is spectacular. There are 3 nice tables with 9 chairs to lounge around in. The steps from the patio then lead you to the beach. Kids had a great time. Bring your swim shoes as there are lots of rocks and going barefoot is not a good idea. Need to have a broom or mop to clean or sweep up the floors. This has also been noted in a previuos review. Also, the water hose in the back is in dire need of replacement. I had some 3M tape to cover the large hole in the hose, was able to use it to wash down the patio from sand. Some recepticles, are loose, and some dont work like the one outside in the patio. Overall, this is place is awesome, it could be fantastic with some TLC. We will be staying here again

Great location and beautiful home

We had an amazing stay at Beachcomber! The location can’t be beat! The house was clean and bigger than we expected! There was no second refrigerator as pictured, but they accommodated with a drink cooler. There were not any paper towels, dish soap, or hand soap, so we had to get our own. But that didn’t affect the fun we had at this home! The upstairs balcony was great and has a perfect view and breeze. Would definitely stay here again!

Great for Peace and Relaxation

Stayed here with four men in our late 50s. We were celebrating 40-years of friendship. The home had plenty of room for us all to sleep. Including one night when a couple of us slept on the room top veranda. The home itself felt warm in cozy however, we spent almost the entire time either on the back covered patio or on the beach. We cooked a couple of meals in the kitchen. It had most of the utinsels that a group of men would need to cook. The Ley grocery store in town had a wonderful selection of fruits and vegetables, and most anything else you would expect to find. Some might find it annoying, but we were blessed that several times during the day various vendors would pass by the veranda and offer cigars, cocktails, specialty fruits, hats, massages, etc. We enjoyed a wonderful beachside massage on two different days. I highly recommend this location for peace and relaxation.

Dated, but on beach and accurately described

The house was right on the beach and also was towards the front of Las Conchas, so easy to get in and out. Several ceiling fans weren't working, but not a huge deal. Furniture and decor was a little dated, but it looks like the photos and we had a great time. If you want a chill place with lots of sleeping space, this fits the bill. If you will be bothered by mismatched furniture, maybe look elsewhere.

Very dated house cracked tiles broken Wi-Fi kitchen utensils and pots and pans and cups need to be replaced Half the electrical switches in the house didn’t control anything missing bulbs and light fixtures some ceiling fans did not work outside lights did not work very sharp edge on shower entry master bathroom Not one bit of soap in the whole house. This is an honest review if these things were corrected in the house it would’ve been a wonderful weekend
