Dunas del Mar: A stunning, beautifully appointed 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom, two-story townhome offering the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. Each of the three spacious bedrooms is furnished with a king-size bed and a 43" smart TV. The master bedroom, located on the first floor, features an en-suite bathroom and a charming decorative fireplace. The home is equipped with three sliding doors: two in the bedrooms and one in the living room, providing easy access to outdoor spaces.

The first-floor guest bedroom provides convenient accommodations, while the second guest bedroom is located on the upper level, alongside the fully equipped kitchen and living area. The kitchen boasts high-end stainless-steel appliances, including a gas stove, refrigerator, countertop ice maker, microwave, toaster, blender, and a 2-in-1 coffee maker (guests are invited to bring their preferred coffee or pods). All essential cooking utensils are provided, ensuring a seamless culinary experience. A stylish, rustic dining set enhances the space for shared meals.

The inviting living area features a reclining sofa, a 55" smart TV, individual heater, decorative fireplace, and a balcony with two comfortable chairs for enjoying breathtaking sunsets and uninterrupted beach views. Modern amenities include Wi-Fi, water heater, air conditioning, and mini-split units for year-round comfort.

For your convenience, the property is located on a small hill, just one block from the beach, with easy walking access to smooth sandy shores—ideal for leisurely beach walks. The townhome is a smoke-free environment and does not allow pets.

Loved the house and beach access. The road to the house was a little rough and the address doesn’t take you to the right place on apple maps so we were a little lost. but other than that it was an amazing stay and trip
