You'll find the kitchen fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your own delicious Mexican dinners and refreshing drinks.

Adjacent to the kitchen, the living room offers a comfortable and inviting area to relax and unwind. The clean and cool sofas provide the perfect spot to lounge after a day of exploring the beach. Enjoy spending time with your family and friends or catch up on your favorite shows on the smart TV equipped with cable, Netflix and other streaming services.

The bedroom is a cozy haven designed to provide you with a restful night's sleep. Enjoy the comfort of fresh linens and sink into relaxation. If you feel like staying in, the smart TV allows you to catch up on your favorite Netflix shows or movies.

The clean and modern bathroom is equipped with fresh towels and bath mats, ensuring your comfort during your stay.

One car with each reservation can be parked for free inside the gated resort parking lot. Any additional car or cars can park right along the street near the resort entrance or you can pay $25 per night for additional resort parking on a first come, first serve basis.

Guest Access:
As our guest you have free access to all pools, gym, bars and restaurant. There is also a spa available for facials, massages and all other relaxing needs. Not to mention the play area complete with playground and picnic area. And of course THE BEACH!!! All condos face the Sea of Cortez and Sandy Beach for the most amazing beach vacation.

Our one-bedroom condo is nestled in the beautiful neighborhood of Sandy Beach in Puerto Peñasco. Sandy Beach offers a pristine coastline with soft, golden sand and a tranquil atmosphere, making it an ideal destination for a beach vacation.

As you step out from the condo, you'll find yourself just moments away from the inviting shores of Sandy Beach. The calm waters of the Sea of Cortez provide the perfect opportunity for swimming, splashing, and enjoying various water activities.

Getting Around:
Sandy Beach is a great area for those who want to be close to the beach and have easy access to restaurants and bars. Many of these restaurants and bars can be easily walked to from accommodations in the Sandy Beach area. However, to explore other parts of town, such as the Rodeo Drive shopping area, in-town attractions, the port area, and the malecón, visitors will need some form of transportation. While there are limited public transportation options available in Puerto Penasco, visitors can also use taxis or their own vehicles to get around town.Just be sure to follow all the traffic rules and stop at all stop signs, even the hidden ones!
