Welcome to PLAYA VIDA, your pristine BEACH FRONT condo get-away located at Rocky Points newest Resort; Encantame Towers on the most pristine beach in all of Penasco! Vast views of the Sea of Cortez from this 19th floor paradise with unparalleled views of the ocean awaits you and your family & friends.

Age requirement: At least one guest must be 25 years or older to book and access the resort.
Occupancy note: Children aged 3 and up are considered adults for resort access, as they require a wristband.

We have fully appointed this condo to accommodate your Beach Luxury Vacation needs.

Enjoy heated pools, Lazy River & Slide along with the BEST BEACH in all of Rocky Point. We boast a newly delivered Sky Pool at the top of the building next door; its 21 years of age & up with full bar & food service. There are 2 other restaurants; Santo Coyote Fine Dining, Aqua Bar Poolside snacks & beverages that also has a swim up bar and the Blue Palm Cafe proudly serving Starbucks and much more.

Fantastic unit

At first I was worried about the location, but it’s not as far as I imagined. The new Walmart is great! The unit exceeded our expectations. We had everything we needed. The beds and linens were so comfortable! The communication with the owner was excellent. The resort is beautiful and the service was beyond perfect. The food was reasonably priced and delicious. We will definitely be back.

Everything you want in a Rocky Point condo including all the extra touches (beach chairs, sand toys, etc). We had issues with the coffee maker and TV remote but both were quickly resolved within a few hours.
