First my flight was changed, then my hotel was hanged a week before leaving. U was told I would get an upgrade and git a downgrade! This hotel was very strict and didn't allow you to even put music. The rooms were not ready at arrival. The air conditioning was broke as well as other appliances. If you would if not selected this horrible hotel. Me and my 2 boys would not have this horrible accident. This was my boys first time traveling and you ruined it for them! This was a the worst experience of my life! I paid for a 4-star hotel and got put in a 3-star hotel with NO OCEAN VIEW!! Never again!

I paid for only ocean view & since they change my hotel. I was not put on ocean view room. Too strict couldn’t even play my music in a low volume at that. Also, one restaurant open as a buffet. Nothing they said they have on website as an activity was open. We have to go with outsider for activity & my family suffer a major accident on boogie & Atv rides.

Grand paradise was sold and under repairs , an upgrade was offfered at Casa Marina and Reef, in Sosua Great place love it.

A few days before i was emailed that this property was being sold, if i wanted to stay at another property. I said ok. So we went to Casa Marina Reef in Sosua. They gave me a Select Room and said that i had access to the vip lounge. The safe in the room had no key pad, it just had a hole. There was just one electric outlet near the beds. I believe i saw some with the wires coming out. The floor and lamp near the tv had rust on it. The tv sounded awful. There was no vip lounge. The room was big and so plain looking, not even frames for decoration. There was no restaurants available for dinner because it was not the “weekend”. The buffet was horrible. Only a few options and not a lot of staff working there. The juices are from concentrate. Checkout its at 12pm but after u go up to the counter to leave with your bags they said that u can stay until 3pm in the area. Would gave been good to know this before.

The stove did not work. The toilet ran. It was much older looking than the photos and it need of painting. The phone was also broken so I could not call for service The food was good and the employees were friendly just could not help with things beyond there control. The owners need to upgrade the property

Moldy room. You can see the property has not been taken care of in a while. Security staff and regular staff seemed upset/rude not sure which surely didn't care for customer best experience ever.. Pool was also dirty. So nasty...

The vip “Select” section is nice but way overpriced for just a pool and tiny bar to use. I think it should be used as a free upgrade to entice people to come back when it’s busier! I don’t remember her name but a lady boss over food helped me get some shrimp and I was very appreciative. Also the food was better this time. Still needs more diversity however with so little people there I understand why it is how it is. Thanks for a good stay!
