Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Reservierungen war nicht vorhanden

Leider konnte ich im gebuchten und bezahlten Hotel nicht einchecken, da an der Rezeption keine Reservierung gefunden wurde. Das Personal hat sich bemüht, aber sie haben nix gefunden. Ich musste spontan ein anderes Hotel suchen. Hoffentlich bekomme ich mein Geld zurück.
