「The staff were (again) super. The breakfast team were always welcoming and eager to help and Anna from reception was wonderful.
The room was perfect. Mum is disabled and needs a scooter to get around, the lift access to each floor meant everything was available but the lower lift remises broken for our entire trip which meant reliance on taxis from the top or me dismantling and carrying it down the steps while mum had to stand.
