"The water park was outstanding. Great for the kids. palomino Island was a little bit of a let down, but was more because the wind was strong that day and affected the snorkeling. Be careful because if you aren’t in line early enough for the ferry you might miss it. Great restaurants on site. Beautiful, well-maintained grounds. Lots to do."

"La Concha hotel is in a great location on Condado Beach. The decor is fresh and modern. Very aesthetically pleasing. The amenities are top notch from the pool to the beach areas. The cafe in the lobby offers quick and convenient breakfast and snack options and the restaurants are fantastic. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff are very helpful and kind. I enjoyed my stay and look forward to my return."

"Rooms and property were clean and comfortable. Beach is nice but not great for swimming. Red flag warning always. Pool is nice but way too small for the size of the hotel. Restuarants were all good food but outside eating was somewhat problematic. The birds know there is food and were pretty aggressive."
