"No me gusto una actividad que tenian el 5 de agosto 26 en la piscina. Personas tirando agua con pistolas de agua, (nos mojaron la cara en varias ocaciones). No pudimos disfrutar la piscina ese dia. Personas gritando palabras soeces frente a niños. Todo los demas dias fueron agradables."

"Fantastic resort. The property is very clean. Our room was nice and housekeeping did a wonderful job every day. Kudos to them! The pool is beautiful and the poolside food was very good - we had the shrimp empanadas and chicken nachos. The DJ and dance instructor made it a lot of fun to be at the pool. The resort location is very convenient and the complimentary shuttle to the beach and Old San Juan was great. It did end at 5 pm. An uber to Old San Juan in the evening was under $10 each way so no biggie; just an fyi. The concierge staff, especially Emmanuel, was very helpful and kind. The casino was cool and bigger than I expected. I plan on staying again. Ignore any negative reviews."

"We stayed at this beautiful resort in August 2026 and had a wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, everyone was so friendly, always smiling and greeting us, which made us feel truly welcome. Our room was very comfortable. The A/C worked perfectly, we love sleeping in a cold room, and it had no problem keeping it at 68°F. The water pressure in the shower was excellent, and the bed was comfortable with a softer feel rather than being too firm. One of the highlights of our trip was dining at Nori. Chef Ivan M. created some of the best sushi fusion cuisine I've ever had. I've traveled around the world, and I can honestly say this was among the best sushi experiences I've ever had. Our server, Richard, was amazing as well. He was attentive, friendly, and gave us excellent recommendations from the menu, making our dining experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend giving Nori a try! The pool was always clean, and the beach was absolutely beautiful. The water was crystal clear, calm, and had little to no waves perfect for relaxing and swimming. We enjoyed our stay so much that we already booked another trip for September 2026! That says everything about how much we loved this resort. Overall, we had an amazing experience and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, welcoming getaway. We can't wait to come back!"

"Overall, the hotel was a 10/10. The décor in the lobby was beautiful, our room was comfortable, the pillows were great, the bathroom was spotless, and the beach and pool areas were absolutely amazing. Unfortunately, the service was a huge disappointment. The staff seemed very grumpy and unfriendly, which was sad to see and really affected the overall experience. Another disappointment was the breakfast dress code. I understand there should be standards, but this is a beach resort. I wasn't dressed inappropriately—I was wearing a cover-up, and nothing was revealing. We came down planning to have breakfast before heading to the beach, but I was turned away from the outdoor restaurant because my cover-up was considered "not decent." That experience was frustrating and unnecessary. Writing Overall, the hotel was a 10/10.
