「Great location!」

「The staff in the hotel was rude and even though is the low season. Not attentive nir helpful. I tried many time to speak to management but the operator, front desk and reservations were rude and useless and would hang up on me. So i gave up trying to contact them」

「The room at first night was small and there’s serious problem with the shower, the sewer was clogged and water flowed over all over the room all the way to the downstairs, we had to request to change to another room. Swimming pool at rooftop was not well maintained so the water looks not clean. 」

「Clean room. Very respectful staff. AC was cold. The pool was a little smaller than expected. However, this doesn’t reflect negatively on the overall rating.」

「Very friendly staff and great location.」

「Absolutely loved my stay. Staff was amazing and so professional, they don’t include breakfast unless you book directly with them which I didn’t love but the prices at all three bars/restaurants were reasonable. They will try and sell you on their timeshare/membership but weren’t too pushy」

「Need elevator」

「Very modern and spacious rooms. Staff were very helpful. Rooftop pool area could be better, but overall pleased with the stay.」

「Great cute little place」
