Amazing rooftop infinity pool! Ocean view 2 Bed / 2 Bath condo. Walk Everywhere

  • As seen on HGTV, this modern 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo is perfect for up to 4 people. Enjoy nearly 1300 sq ft of indoor living space with a fully loaded kitchen, in-unit laundry and a water filtration system and NO hills to climb.

This sensational D'Terrace Residence condo is wonderfully appointed with top-notch amenities, central air & ceiling fans and incredible vistas including: downtown Puerto Vallarta, mountain, jungle, 180 degree ocean views and sunsets.

D'Terrace is one block away from the beach so grab your towels and be there in minutes. If the beach isn't your thing, enjoy the infinity pool or one of the two 12 person spas on the rooftop with 360 degree views of PV! Also just minutes away are the beach clubs: Mantamar, Green Chairs, Blue Chairs and Sapphire.

When looking for something more daring, perhaps you will enjoy parasailing, jet skiing, zip-lining and much more at one of the many excursion companies nearby.

D'Terrace is a quiet location on a dead end street away from bus lines and noisy corners. It sits across from the Tropicana Hotel, which is in the heart of old town, just steps from shopping and restaurants. Dining options are abundant with worldly cuisines and price points for everyone.

The mini market just around the corner stocks just about everything you need and is literally steps from the building.

Go to the rooftop and enjoy the bar service. While ordering your favorite libation, check out the infinity pool, two Jacuzzis and fire-pit. You can work out in the gym using all new equipment including: treadmills, elliptical, stationary bike, universal and free weights. You can plant yourself on a chaise lounge and sunbathe while taking in the sensational views of the surrounding romantic zone, Banderas Bay and jungle.

We will definitely consider this host and/or property for future stays in PV. What a beautiful, comfortable, and convenient condo for enjoying the Zona Romántica! We appreciated the host's clear and accurate communication, as well as the thoughtful furnishings (all the way down to laundry detergent).

Great location. Lovely rooftop pool area. A few minor items (dishwasher racks, couldn't light grill) but way too minor to be a problem.

We really loved the space—it’s beautifully designed and in a great location. We did experience an issue during our stay, but the host was responsive and helped get it addressed. Overall, it was a lovely place to spend time and we’re appreciative of the support.

The unit was as pictured, and very clean. We were met at the property, and given a tour of the unit, and the building’s amenities. The a/c units all worked well, and it was nice to be able to set different temperatures in each room. Great new washer/dryer unit which we made use of. Large fridge with ice maker and filtered water was appreciated. Wifi also worked well. Plenty of towels including pool/beach towels. The unit is in a great location for easy walking access to restaurants, bars, shopping and the beach. We would happily book this unit again when we are in PV.

First class, exemplary in every way. Total 10. Beautiful condo just steps from the beach. Very secure. Rooftop pool sunset swim is to die for. Everything we needed was in condo, and in perfect condition. Walked to everything, never wanted a car. Host was incredibly responsive and helpful. Kitchen especially was well equipped and spotless. But we ate out all the time because there were so many great choices so close by.

We enjoyed our stay in the unit in D'Terrace, which is a very nice and convenient condo building near Los Muertos beach. The amenities are great and the unit is very comfortable. The check in was very easy and the host was very communicative and was also kind enough to coordinate earlier check in, would look to stay here again.

Amazing location and amenities! This condo has everything you could need, from pool towels, laundry detergent, every single gadget in the kitchen, and it was super quiet, comfortable, safe and enjoyable. We did not need the hosts during our stay, but we were greeted by someone who represents the owners and he was fantastic! There is a small market off the street down below the condo property, and it's under a 5 min walk to the beach. The rooftop pool had amazing views and sunsets, a cool tub and hot tub, and everyone up there was very friendly. GREAT experience all around!! I would love to stay here again! Thank you!

A lovely, clean, well-appointed condo in the heart of Amapas. Quiet haven with fabulous roof deck and pool. Friendly and helpful doorman. Great and supportive property management. Only suggestion would be to clean the BBQ between guests. Would definitely stay there again and refer friends.
