The space
Indulge in the ultimate luxury experience in this stunning 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo in Old Town Puerto Vallarta in the brand new SoHo PV condominium, just steps away from top restaurants, shopping, galleries, Los Muertos beach and Vallarta's famous night-life venues. SoHoPV has the most enviable roof deck in all of Vallarta with the Western Hemisphere's largest rooftop infinity-edge pool, private cabanas, floating beds and numerous fire pits.
This luxurious apartment on the 6th floor offers views of the Banderas Bay and Los Arcos which you can soak in on your own private and exquisitely furnished balcony with a wall of glass that fully opens to the living space.
This frequently owner-occupied convertible 2-bedroom unit has been furnished as a one bedroom, allowing a couple to enjoy a grander living and entertaining space during their Vallarta vacation.
The living room features a sectional chaise sofa, comfy swivel club chairs, dining table and a 65" smart TV for streaming.
The kitchen features a breakfast bar (which doubles as an additional work space), Italian cabinetry, stone countertops and custom backsplash. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, dishes, glassware, filtered water system, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, oven, cooktop, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. Prepare your meals here, bring in one of Vallarta's talented private chefs or simply enjoy meals on the town or poolside. The choice is yours!
The master bedroom features a custom king bed and nightstands with plush mattress and a massive en-suite bathroom with double sinks, excellent storage and one of the largest showers in Vallarta with a rain shower head. There is a large custom dresser in the bedroom with integrated workspace and ergonomic chair, as well a wall-mounted smart TV.
The condo features central air conditioning and is equipped with electronic room darkening and light filtering window shades throughout. A full-size washer and dryer are tucked into a laundry cabinet off of the kitchen. Bathroom towels, kitchen towels, beach towels, kitchen and laundry essentials are all provided.

This roof top view includes the 5 pinnacle points of Puerto Vallarta: the Bay of Bandares, the infamous Sleeping Lady mountain range, Ecological protected Los Arcos Marine Park, Church of our Lady of Guadalupe and the breathtaking Sierra Madre Mountains. The rooftop Oasis gives you incredible views of the Pacific Ocean.
One weekly housekeeping service is included during your stay. Airport pick and concierge services available.
