Los Tules is nestled on a twenty-acre plantation of coconut palms fronting a half-mile of beautiful sandy Bandera’s Bay beach. Stroll along the brick-tile footpaths, through lush tropical gardens to your private colonial Mediterranean style condo.
Shopping Mall is just across the street, Downtown and Marina are 2 miles away from location, also great restaurants are with in 5 minutes walk.
I will recommend you everyplace you are interested on visiting, from restaurants to tours.

Our stay was super great! The property itself was clean, friendly. The restaurant was very good! The employees are awesome! We will definitely stay here again! The price was amazing as well!

They didn't have my reservation, so I had to wait 2 hours for the studio to be prepared.

It was alright. I would have loved some general directions as to wifi password, how to turn on the ac, etc. It was trial and error till I figured things out. Also, had to turn the hot water valve on and off in the bathroom sink otherwise the pipes would make a thumping noice. The fan blades need to be replaced, and it would be nice to have paper towels or napkins supplied. Also, the studio has a gloomy feel to it. Needs to be brightened up, but it was a place to stay.

Nice place in great location

The room is a studio, ground level. Lots of room and storage. Nice table for four and chairs on the patio. The patio borders a small playground belonging to a resort next door but was never a problem for us. You can get glimces of the ocean but really all you have to do is walk out your front door, turn right and the beach is right there! Security is good and we never felt unsafe. Los Tules resort has beautiful grounds and a number of pools to choose from. The one just around the corner from our building was awesome and heated. The studio has recently been upgraded so fresh paint , new kitchen and comfortable furniture. Bed was on the soft side. For the price we paid this studio is a bargain being on a lovely resort and steps from the beach. I would book again!

Property review

This was a nice place, but there were a few minor problems. 1) the check-in process is not clearly described and we had no communication or direction of what to do. This is especially problematic when traveling in a foreign country. 2) although the villa was nice and clean, it has a large glass sliding door that backs up to a playground of a neighboring resort making privacy an issue. A curtain could help in this situation. 3) even though it is advertised as an amenity, this location DOES NOT have working internet service. Other than this few things, it was a lovely stay.

This was a dark, grungy and dingy place. The only thing good about it was its location.

As I said, dark and dingy. Not at all what you are led to believe with all the multiple pictures of pools at the location that are used to advertise the studio. It was not very clean...we even found used dental brush pics still sitting on a half wall that the bed was against, stained and soiled bedspread, dirty stained grout in the kitchen, stove greasy and dirty, ditto toaster and other appliances, etc....Yuck. Someone needs to go in there with a bucket of paint, some bleach, cleaners and elbow grease. We also found saute pans that were still greasy with food still stuck to their surfaces in the cupboard. One of the most infuriating things, though, is that it was COMPLETELY unstocked. Nothing. No dish soap, nothing in the cupboards, not even salt and pepper. The only thing that was stocked in the studio was toilet paper. We had to go to the store and buy EVERYTHING as though we were moving in to an empty apartment. This place was just a huge grungy disappointment.

Great holiday, nice studio, great shopping across the street. Very clean beaches and wonderypools, my favoured pool is 40 meters long, a bid of noice from the hotel next door untill 10 pm. Wifi weak after 9 am go 10 pm Over all I am very happy
