Great Location!

Sayan Tropical is a haven

Third time at Sayan Tropical. This unit was very confortable, no complaints. The view is spectacular and so are the amenities: pools, restaurant, friendly staff and easy communication with the owner. Highly recommend this property.

Just wonderful

Such a perfect place to soak in the beauty of the Bay of Banderas with all the creature comforts for a relaxing vacation. The condo is wonderfully equipped, impeccably clean, with pools, jacuzzi, gym, and a restaurant. The view from the patio is to die for. Ana is a very organized and communicative host, which makes all the difference. We were a group of three adults and never felt cramped for space or privacy. We’d return in a heartbeat.

Like no other place

Words can’t describe the numerous pluses of staying at Sayan Tropical. We never tired of watching the whales or dolphins or simply sitting listening to the crashing waves!!! And yet the hustle & bustle is only minutes away on foot or by Uber, where delicious road side taco stands, restaurants, shopping or bars are. Although PV is filled with tourists, the flavour of Mexico remains as music fills the air and Spanish is heard. Ana’s condo is very spacious for 5 adults with plenty of areas to sit or eat, cook in the kitchen . She was easy to contact and very helpful. My month in her PV Condo was spectacular!!!

Quiet Luxury

The location is unbeatable—quiet and peaceful yet just moments away from all the action. The property is secure, well-maintained, and offers a variety of great amenities. The pools are spacious and usually uncrowded, and the gym is fully equipped with everything an experienced lifter could want while on vacation. The on-site restaurant provides a tasty, affordable alternative to dining out, and the tennis court is always available when you’re ready to play. The condo itself is fantastic. The view from the spacious balcony is truly spectacular—perfect for enjoying your morning coffee and fresh scones while watching the ships (and the occasional whale) go by. The unit is well-appointed, with a kitchen that has everything you’ll need for your stay. There’s also some English TV programming, which was a nice bonus. While the mattresses are on the firm side (not for everyone), the overall comfort and amenities of the condo make up for it. This rental is a gem. I can’t recommend it highly enough!

Very large and lovely condo! Great view and sound of waves crashing at night!

We really enjoyed this condo. It is so spacious and has all the comforts you could possibly need. The view is spectacular, so many places to sit and relax you will not feel crowded. We never turned on the air because the breeze from the ocean was all we needed. We had breakfast and lunch at the restaurant and also ordered some snacks by the pool. It is true that the pool does not get a lot of sun but that is a plus for me as I am not looking to be sunburnt. There are areas that get direct sun throughout the day so if you want sun, you can get it. The hot tub is huge and nice and hot. We walked to town unless it was late- it is a cobblestone street so wear appropriate footwear. We walked back a couple of times to burn some calories. At night we grabbed a taxi home- 50-70 pesos, depending on where you get picked up from. To get to the airport we used Uber- also to get downtown a couple of times. Just know that Uber will be more expensive on a weekend night. The ONLY complaint I have is that the condo really needs a full length mirror somewhere. Most women and some men, want to check out their head to toe look before heading out and there was no mirror other than the bathroom ones which cut you off at the waist. I would recommend this condo for anyone wanting a relaxing vacation- just far enough away from downtown to not hear the pounding music all night but close enough to walk to.

A view to die for

Our stay at Ana's apartment was nothing short of wonderful. The view from the unit to the ocean is unparalleled and it was such a treat to sit out on the patio or fall asleep to the sound of the waves crashing on the beach. The building itself has great amenities: it is equipped with beautiful infinity pools at the beach level, an in-house restaurant and bar, a gym, and very friendly staff. The access to the public beach is only a few convenient steps away. The only minor issues that we had were with the wifi, which was spotty from time to time (but honestly, who needs wifi when they are at the beach?). Just a friendly note: a pedestrian road that connects this area to the romantic zone (where there are stores and restaurants) was unfortunately closed due to a landslide(?) caused by construction, so we had to walk by the main, more trafficked road (the "carretera") to get to the zona romantica. The other, more scenic, way is to walk through the beach, but it also requires a bit of a climb which is not viable at night. It wasn't a problem at all for us but I'm sharing it in case it'd be helpful for anyone else in terms of their planning (maybe rent a car).

Great relaxing quiet perfect vacation

Sayan Tropicale is the middle of 3 properties just south of Puerto Vallarta. Easy/safe walking distance (in good walking shoes/cobblestone streets) to old Puerto Vallarta a small beach below and you can continue walking south on the beach to reach 2 other good beach areas. This is our favorite building. Restaurant food/service is excellent. Grounds are immaculate. You will love the open air layout and uninhibited view of the ocean/PV. Very quiet and restful. All owner occupied, friendly neighbors. Great gum/tennis courts. Ana was very responsive. Wake up to the sound of the ocean and tropical birds. We are returning home rested and refreshed! Definitely one of our favorites.

Enjoying the Views

We were 2 senior couples renting Ana's condo. The views were stunning. In addition, the condo's facilities were wonderful. We played tennis, swam in the pools, used the fitness facility (first class) and tried out the onsite restaurant (food was excellent). The condo is a 10 minute walk from the Romantic Zone's downtown area. I did not appreciate this is the gay area of PV. Once we settled in this was no problem, however, it was a bit of a surprise at first. We had a minor issue with check-in as there are 3 Sayan Condo buildings and, as we did not have the unit number, it took awhile to check in with security. I highly recommend this condo if you are looking for a relaxing, quiet vacation yet still be close enough to the noise and action.

Best vacation ever!

Everything was perfect. Disappointed with cold showers, but did not ruin the amazing time we had in PV. Just needs to be resolved for future renters. Condo is beautiful, location is wonderful.

All we hoped for!

The pictures speak for themselves and are accurate. The whole condo complex is well maintained and Ana's place is just stunning. The building is gated with 24 hr security. The lap pool is a dream. The workout facility is large and well equipped. The sunset views are unimpeded. Maybe more importantly for people who have never dealt with Ana is the fact that she ensures your stay will be as close to perfect as she can control. We had a temporary bldg issue that she dealt with immediately, professionally, and to our complete satisfaction. Book with confidence Ana will take care of you!

Gorgeous condo in wonderful location

We had the best time staying in this amazing condo for 2 weeks. Ana is absolutely wonderful to work with- she is so responsive and really wants to make sure everything is just right. We will definitely come back- hopefully soon! The condo itself is immaculate and the decor is lovely. It feels so open, light, and spacious. We loved having the balcony doors open in the evening (never one mosquito or fly-amazing!). And speaking of the balcony- just gorgeous. It's totally private and feels like another living/dining room. We spent so much time out there. The complex is lovely- we enjoyed the pools and fitness room along with the very tasty restaurant. The staff is very friendly and professional. Our favorite beaches were away from town but still just a 10-15 min walk from the condo(even with 2 kids). We loved the Conchas Chinas beach and often rented palapas and chairs at the restaurant Lindo Mar so we could eat, drink and snorkel all day (great snorkeling there right off the beach!). The restaurants in PV are awesome, and Ana has such great suggestions - our favs were the newish Greek, Eclecticos I think, and Pulpitos. $1 tapas on Mondays but you need a res, fyi. Don't hesitate to stay at this beautiful spot and treat yourself to a place right on the water with a view. It's really really worth it!

Perfect!

We have travelled all over the world....this condo was the best!!! It was immaculately clean, comfortable, spacious, and well designed. The reason we rented this beautiful space was the view and the location and both did not disappoint. Watching the sunset from living room was stunning...the floor to ceiling. windows slide completely open allowing the ocean air and the sounds of the crashing ocean when we were hanging out at the condo. When we ventured out each day...we walked everywhere...the complex is about a 10 minute walk from the main area of the Romantic District where all the bars and restaurants are located. We loved the walk on the cobble stone streets and it was always safe at night too. We also loved how easily accessible the beach was...everyday we would access the beach from the pool area of the complex (which was also stunning). There is a small rocky cove that we hung out at that provided great shade until about noon. We also walked further down some days to the more populated areas of the beach...everywhere we wanted to go was super easy and accessible. The staff at the complex were incredibly helpful, professional, and the grounds were also well maintained and clean...it felt like a 5-star hotel. We hardly saw people at the pool during our week stay. The gym was also great and had a men’s steam room. We will definitely be back and stay at this beautiful condo...highly recommended!!!!

Amazing condo with breathtaking views of the bay

This is our second year in a row staying at Sayan Beach and it’s our favorite place in the city. We were in a different condo last year a little lower which wasn’t available and this one is just as wonderful but with a little better view being higher up. The owner Ana exceeded expectations due to some construction incidents we had to deal with. She went far beyond our expectations of great service and we look forward to renting from her again. The condo self as well stocked with everything you need including Beach towels, bath products laundry detergent condiments and cooking supplies. For lap swimmers the lap pool is second to none as I used it daily. I will miss most the sound of the ocean waves crashing against the rocks below from the balcony while enjoying a glass of wine . Truly a special place.

Love everything about this condo. Location is perfect, a short walk to town, but in a quiet area. Pools are great, restaurant has great food and service, and the condo itself is all the luxury promised. Only wish would be for a BBQ, though in the end, we didn't miss it. Will definitely come back!

Breathtaking/Spectacular views

This condo is very beautiful, very clean. We walked the whole time we were there. Very convenient to town and we always felt safe any time of the day. The owner Ana, was very easy to get a hold of, whenever we had questions. I would definitely recommend this place, on the south side of Puerto Vallarta, to stay!!

The pool, hot tub area and steam room are lovely. Communal spaces are well thought out, spacious and very clean. We had one meal in the restaurant (breakfast), it was very nice, served promptly and the price was reasonable.

Book it Now - This Condo is Unbelievably Beautiful

We just returned from our one month stay at Ana's unit at Sayan Tropical Condos and it was an amazing and fantastic experience. In fact, the best place we have ever stayed (and we travel every month). The other reviews pretty much say it all, but until you are there, in the space, it cannot be described adequately. The vast wall of windows highlight the 180 degree views which can be seen from almost everywhere inside the unit and are absolutely stunning. The unit is totally private and you do not see any neighbors on their balconies. The sounds of the waves are hypnotic. Relax on the balcony and witness a different and stunning sunset every evening, and as we stayed during the off season, we saw spectacular nighly lightning storms as well.....everything is right in front of your eyes. Pure entertainment. Who needs TV, although she has 2 large TVs in the unit, but with the glorious views, the dolphins frolicking in the bay and even seeing a sting ray from our balcony, we turned the TV on only once. The condo staff is extremely friendly, kind and very helpful. The waiters and chefs who work at the on-site restaurant bend over backward to provide excellent service and the food is delicious and very (very) reasonably priced. We ate breakfast there most days and many lunches and dinners as well. All so convenient. You won't want to leave the property, although it's only a 7 min walk to town down a cobblestone hill. Ana is a great communicator and took care of the few (very) minor issues that occurred (one day hot water went out, a few lightbulbs on tall ceilings were out and a slight mix up with the housekeeper). Ana immediately responded to my texts and took care of the issues right away. The unit has great storage, a well equipped kitchen, and everything you need. She has thought of it all (although more hooks to hang beach towels and wet bathing suits would be helpful). The pools, hot tub, gym, and condo grounds are all immaculate and well maintained and this was the most relaxing, restful and rejuvenating place we could ever imagine. If you are reading this review, do not hesitate one moment longer to book. We were practically in tears when we left. The condo unit, and the complex are simply amazing. Thank you so much Ana. We truly enjoyed every single moment and will definitely be back.
