Guests will enjoy this hacienda on the Marina 's 17th fairway with 5 bedrooms and 5 private bathrooms. 10 feet deep in ground pool. Palapa, outdoor shower, multiple terraces and decks. Home is stocked with everything necessary to enjoy your stay and then some!

Beautiful lush garden in front and back with various palm trees and other vegetation. The backyard is your pool and view to the golf course.

A few minutes walk to shopping, the beach, marina, restaurants, airport and much more!

Great family vacation

We had a pretty big group ranging from 4 years old to 94 years old. The house was clean and very spacious, with a great location close to the airport I believe the thing we enjoyed the most was the beautiful pool. Every evening and some afternoons we spent time relaxing in and around the pool area. We even had a chance to grill and enjoy a terrific diner as a family. My family (some who reside in San Antonio and Monterrey) said that that has been one of their favorite vacations. We were able to gather in one place and enjoy our time together.

Beautiful home but not up kept. Showerheads spray more to the sides instead of down. Leaky sinks. Dryer takes forever. Dishwasher out of service. You have to keep hitting the code key multiple times to get in the gate. Floors werefilthy.

Viaje familiar con una estancia de 10 días .La ubicación excelente, la casa bonita siendo la alberca lo mejor de toda la casa , ampliamente recomendable. No recomiendo al personal que asiste en la preparación de los alimentos, su sazón no es bueno de acuerdo a la conclusión de toda la familia, llega muy tarde a trabajar . No entregó los váucher de las compras de los víveres como fue el acuerdo .La comunicación con la anfitriona es adecuada solo que si vas con tu mascota asegúrate de estar en el mismo tenor con ella porque al final de la estancia surgieron algunos desacuerdos a pesar de ser una propiedad que permite explícitamente aceptación de mascotas. La entrega y recepción de la propiedad es muy eficaz y eficiente

Everyone had a wonderful time at this property. Many especially enjoyed the pool and surrounding back yard. The home was decorated with lovely touches. It was great for our thirteen family members. We highly recommend it!

Amazing Christmas Vacation

Janeth was super accommodating and responsive with any and all questions. Overall the house was great and we absolutely loved the pool. Perfect location, only a 20 minute walk to plenty of bars and restaurants at the marina. However, the attention to detail was slightly lacking. The guests before us had taken the hangers and they were not able to provide more during our stay. The listing displayed an iron however there was no ironing board. There was a spice rack but any of the basic spices you’d want to use were empty. The dishwasher did not have dishwasher tablets provided and only one dish towel. There were no washcloths or hand towels in the bathrooms. In general these things didn’t really affect our stay, we had a great time but these small details can really elevate the overall experience. One last thing to note, although we loved the area, Marina Vallarta had plenty of crocodile warning signs. We should’ve done some research prior to arrival to know what to expect, but we were by advised by beachgoers on our first day to not swim at the nearest beach (8 min walk away) due to crocodile sightings. They are known to cross the beach from the golf course and enter the ocean. So although the beach is very close, this is definitely something to keep in mind!
