Beautiful villa

My friends and I celebrated two 40th birthdays and had a great time at the beautiful villa. The property is more impressive in person than in the photos. It is fully equipped with everything you need. We had only one complaint about the food but management did everything they could to resolve it and were very accommodating.

Amazing villa, views and staff

My siblings and spouses, 64 to 72 years young, spent an incredible week at Casa Dos Cisnes. From entering the villa to when we had to say our goodbyes, the staff, was there always to ensure our stay was the best it could be. Danny made amazing meals, Carlos kept the drinks coming, the housekeeping staff, Lucia and Adori kept the place extremely clean. Don’t forget to order desserts. We always looked forward to dessert. Danny’s home made Keylime pie was fantastic. Great views of the bay, with great sunsets.

The home is absolutely beautiful! We had a wonderful time during the week that we were at Casa dos Cisnes. The staff was excellent and very attentive to every need. The house is very clean and well taken care of. The bed linens were wonderful and the air conditioning in each bedroom and some common areas worked very well. There are a lot of steps in the house so anyone staying should be fit enough to climb stairs.

Casa dos Cisness exceeding our expectations!! We celebrated our 30-year anniversary with vow renewals on the beach and it was on my bucket list to stay in a mansion with a staff. The property manager Nicole was amazing and helped me organize the ceremony months prior to arrival. The views were spectacular, and the house was so beautiful. :) Where do start with the staff? The chef, Aaron, prepared amazing meals for us every day and Lucia takes so much pride in keeping the villa spotless at all times... Carlos is Casa dos Cisness! He manages everything in the home and truly makes your stay there so special. His sense of humor is fantastic, and he definitely wants you to feel like family. Every couple said that this was their best vacation, and we are already planning our next visit there.!!

Beautiful Home, Incredible People

Anyone can have a gigantic home: It's not tough when you're home-sharing. The key is to manage the property well, design it beautifully without it coming across as a sterile museum and fill it with people who use their heart when they help. That in a nutshell is Casa Dos Cisnes. From a warm initial contact from Nicole, to seamless airport transfers, to amazing meals, to a house staff that truly cares about what's happening and how it's affecting you, to an impeccably spotless space, on and on, this Casa feels less like a rented space and much more like someone's thoughtfully designed villa. Brandon, Lucia and Mario invite you into their home and make you feel immediately comfortable. They are incredible people and while we didn't ask much of them, they were present when we did. I imagine they could handle just about anything. I highly recommend getting out of the villa and truly exploring Vallarta. Sure, it's nice to relax, but the sights, sounds and culture of this vibrant city are too great to spend your entire vacation in a bubble. Brandon can give you some incredible suggestions for authentic, delicious eateries in the area. You're just a short Uber or cab ride away from wonderful nightlife, beaches, galleries, live music and shopping. We'll definitely be back: In fact, we're already planning our next visit!

Better Than We Could Imagine!

We had a group of friends stay at Casa Dos Cisnes and we were blown away. The photos don't even begin to do it justice. The villa is absolutely stunning with every room feeling like a movie set. The staff (Leo, Carlos, Lucia, and all) were amazing. They treated us so kindly with fun and efficiency. They were very clear on what decisions for food to make and how to keep our margaritas flowing poolside. Stellar Trip and we are sending so much gratitude to you all for making our stay so memorable.

We had a great time celebrating my bachelorette at Conchas Chinas! The house is beautiful and very large so if you are staying with a lot of people there is plenty of room for everyone. I cannot say enough kind words about the staff. They made sure every need was taken care of and that we stayed safe and happy. I would definitely come back and cannot recommend this property enough for large groups and folks who love to enjoy beautiful views, nice food, good drinks and fun times!

Unparalleled beauty and service

From the moment you walk in to this property you are awestruck. You are greeted by JC and a cold beverage giving you a feeling of coming home. The view of the mountains and the bay is stunning from all rooms. The pool and bar area are perfect for your daily fun. We stayed in and ate all but one meal at the villa. Our executive chef Leo, JC, Daniel and Marco took such amazing care of us and created beautiful plates that were photo worthy each time. There were 8 of us for girls weekend. A much needed stress reliever and time to connect for very busy professionals. We enjoyed every minute! Boy did we need it. There is not one criticism. I came back with tighter calves because the stairs are a work out. You'll be glad though after all that good food and drink. This palace can be for a romantic getaway, friends, a spiritual retreat or just good ole R and R. Exquisite and magical...every moment. Thank you so much to all! -The ladies

Perfect family vacation location!!!

This was our first family vacation with our entire family - our grown children and 2 grandchildren. The home is as perfect as the pictures show! Nicole was wonderful helping me through our pre-vacation process, including scheduling transport with Superior Tours. Upon arrival they were waiting for us, & 2 days later picked up our kids when they arrived (late due to flights but Astrid stayed on top of their progress for us!) When we arrived at Casa Do Cisnes the staff was waiting for us - Carlos gave us a detailed tour of the entire house so there was no guessing where anything was. Rubin prepared a fantastic lunch, Lucia was there to help with anything we needed. On the following days Elizabeth, Daniel and Jose were also there to help with the perfect experience! This was a total 5-star experience - exquisite home and furnishings, mouth-watering meals, the views left nothing to be desired with front-row seats to amazing sunsets! We started our days in the reading room with coffee, headed to the gym (treadmilling to the ocean view), then wonderful breakfasts with the view and breeze. The outside area bar was a great retreat from sun periodically, lunch at the covered outside table, and lounging in the infinity pool or lounge chairs was the best! With 6 adults and two small children I expected some complaining but there were zero complaints or whining from our crew (until the day we had to leave). There was so much room that we could all be together, but also get private time away from the group when needed. The staff was incredible - they took care of every possible "want" we had. Without hesitation they made several runs to the store for beverages saving us so much time. Carlos was always nearby to make sure we wanted for nothing, Rubin is a top-notch chef, Daniel tended to any issues that arose and filled in for Rubin for breakfast on Sunday, Jose filled in for Carlos on Sunday, and Lucia and Elizabeth kept our rooms tidy - everyday they were just as perfect the the day we arrived. I cannot express enough how pleased we were with the staff - such a great group of people! This is a great location for large family gatherings like we had or for several couples to vacation together - again plenty of room for private time. My suggestion for meals is to tell Rubin the type of food you like (shrimp, lobster, steak, "Mexican") and then just say "you decide on what to do with it" - you will not be disappointed! We will be back!!!!

The property was exquisite, online photos although great does not emphasize the artwork and quality

From our arrival in a driving rainstorm the staff was attentive and concerned for our safety. It was just a preclude to things to come! Carlos our server and bartender was one step a head of us knowing what we wanted and had it before we asked. Ruben the Chef prepared gourmet meals, did the shopping and presented us the itemized bill assuring us we were not charged for anything extra. Housekeeping keep our rooms cleaned daily, did not disturb us and cleaned when they knew it was convenient for the guest.

The house is up on a mountain with beautiful views.. it about 10 minutes with the taxi to the town.

The house is beautiful and all bedrooms are very nice. We were 6 people and this house was a little too big for us as everyone was on a different level of the house. But perfect if you don’t want to run into each other. House is super clean as the cleaning crew is with you pretty much all day. Same with the butler. He is there all day and I believe stays at the property somewhere. So you get amazing service all day and into the evening. The house has a small bar. This was great to hang out at and have a drink before heading out to dinner. To get to town it takes about 10 minutes with the taxi. The butler organized pretty much all rides to town for us. It was perfect! The town is safe and everyone was nice. We enjoyed our stay.

The house is gorgeous, spacious and kept spotlessly clean by the staff. The manager is thoughtful and considerate and available all the time - he made our stay so lovely. Food was well prepared and as we r3equested. I highly recommend this home

Amazing stay!

Words cannot describe how beautiful Conchas Chinas is. From the moment we booked our stay Nicole was extremely helpful in making sure that everything was taken care of. She communicated with us months before we stayed to make sure we had transportation secured and all questions were answered in a timely manner. She even helped us coordinate a cake delivery with a local bakery! We cannot thank her enough! The house itself was beyond our expectations! The view from the pool was breath taking! We were close to the nightlife to go out but just far away enough to enjoy a quiet evening in. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The food Daniel and Pepe prepared was delicious. Carlos made us feel so comfortable and was able to get us anything we needed. Conchas Chinas was everything we hoped for and more!

We loved our stay!

The house is just as it shows on VRBO. It had plenty of room for all of us (party of 9). AMAZING views from all levels!! The pool was perfect. The staff is great!! Carlos was available at all times, ready to help with calling for a taxi, dinner reservations...whatever we needed. Ruben has THE BEST Guacamole and Pico de Gallo EVER!!! I miss it so much! He had that prepared for us along with delicious fresh margaritas everyday at 3:00 (usually poolside). The ladies were great about keeping our rooms clean and even did our personal laundry mid stay. It was lovely, really. We would definitely recommend!!! Thank you to all of you! The McDonough, Craig, Fredrickson, Lunsford and Kaminer Family!

Family Vacation

Amazing home with an amazing staff. Every need is catered to. It was a week of total relaxation, great food & drinks and plenty of sun. Highly recommend you make this your next destination.
