The Space:
The Jungle is a unique unit within a unique building. Reconceived by its architect owner, the condo features an eat-in chef's kitchen that is oriented towards Bandera Bay and anchors a spacious and carefully appointed transformable living space. The decor is inspired by Mexico -- from its tradition of craft to its enthusiastic embrace of modernism to its inspiring support of civil rights during the Mexico Olympics, an under-appreciated event that paved the way to the freedoms we all enjoy in Puerto Vallarta. This unit has an attitude. And it comes with a parking space, conveniently located on the roof of the parking garage at the front door of the condo, a feature that no other unit in Soho PV can claim.
The apartment has one bedroom, bathed in natural light through oversized sliding glass doors that open to the sky (and to its private parking space), two full baths, and an additional private sleeping area, comfortably accommodating up to four guests.
