"We absolutely loved our stay, the only complaint is the jacuzzi didnt work and was always cold wgich we where really counting on after our long hikes to ease our muscles. But the staff was so friendly and amazing and eager to help. We liked the location as it was walming distance to the beach and the bis was close for easy transport around. Some of the structure was a bit outdated but still sound. There also was the sweetest and most amazing hotel dog named Canella that made you feel safe and watched over, she minds her business but enjoys loves if you initiate. All around id recommend and would use this hotel again. "

"It’s an older Mexican style Hotel with a nice courtyard and a nice rooftop swimming pool adjacent to a lounging area on the roof. It’s in walking distance to Centro and Zona Romantica which is fantastic. We stayed for 4 weeks and the roof service is great. We had a room with a little balcony looking towards the ocean which we very much enjoyed. Since the hotel is right at the car bridge it can be noisy at times. I would recommend the place considering the price it costs. "

"The staff is very nice and helpful. The rooms were very clean.the bed was comfortable. You can hear the church there is a lot of restaurants nearby decently priced. The malecon is nice and close.you get fireworks every night at 9 o’clock. there is a oxo right next to the hotel. I have stayed there for 28 days. It was a nice stay. Would go back "

"We were given the North Tower and we had a few bugs but nothing that really bothered us. Made sure to keep food in fridge and not out. No sun at pools until late and very hard to get a chair by the pool as there are none on the beach. Quite crowded. Food was good. Kids club was ok - we just sat around their pool with our little ones. had some sun there and lots of chairs so this was nice. Gorgeous view from the room and saw wales. Would not go back but I do love southern Vallarta."
