Barceló Puerto Vallarta - All Inclusive

"If you are looking for a nice resort with beach front access i recommend the Barcelo. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. They treat you like royalty. Only down side is it’s about 20 mins from town, so you need to get a lot of taxi’s to go back and forth, but if you are looking to just stay there and relax it is amazing. They have everything you will need."

Hotel Encino Malecón Centro Puerto Vallarta

"I had a great stay at Hotel Encino. I actually stayed here about four years ago and was happy to return. The only thing I was disappointed to see was that the café downstairs is no longer there, as I remembered enjoying it during my previous visit. The location is one of the hotel's biggest strengths. Everything is within walking distance, making it easy to explore the area, grab food, and enjoy Puerto Vallarta without constantly needing transportation. I felt safe walking around, even in the evenings. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, and the hotel felt comfortable and convenient. We specifically booked Hotel Encino because of its location, and it did not disappoint. Overall, if you're looking for a clean, comfortable hotel in a great location with friendly staff, I would definitely recommend Hotel Encino and would stay here again."

Hotel Mousai Puerto Vallarta - All Inclusive - Adults Only

"Paid for all inclusive and they had "premium" options so it wasnt really all inclusive. Front desk tried to upsell SPAs everytime they saw us . Had early check in and the concierge said room would be ready in about half an hour but waited almost 2 hours for it. Paid extra for a private beach dinner and when we showed up they weren't ready, they said you can come back tomorrow or wait about an hour an a half very unprofessional. The rooms speaker and tablet would not fully connect at times. Tried calling concierge for dinner reservations and they simply said that restaurants closed and hung up . Overall very nice room but for the price i paid I could have gone somewhere better with no extra add ons and no pressure into buying anything."

"Everything is fantastic as usual, but please bring back your great Mexican seafood you had back in the days… (to many hot dogs and dry burgers) And it’s definitely not the fault of personal. You just changing your concept. Shrimp tacos, ceviche and aqua chile became I little less exciting than before"
