“Spent 4 nights, 5 days with my husband and two tween/teen sons. We loved the pools, the rooms, the beds/pillows, the staff was amazing, the drinks, and the kids loved the pool side food (wings, chicken strips, pizza, burgers). As far as the rest of the menu, breakfast was decent, but dinner was lacking in my opinion. The reservation only dinner option (Andreas) doesn't know how to season meat, fish, etc properly. The flavor was sorely lacking. On Asian night, they put orange sauce on EVERYTHING……

“There are very few restaurants to choose from. On the first day we arrived, we only had a buffet, and it was super invincible terrible. All other restaurants need to make an appointment and we are Expedia customers so there is no room service for us. I can't order food to my room. There are only two bottles of water in the room, no refrigerator, no other soda and beer are even more impossible. Anyway We won't come back again”

“This was a clean hotel and staff was excellent. Rooms were on the older side and in need of a renovation. The food was excellent mostly Mexican with a few Canadian dishes and drinks yummy. Beach is a short walk and though we were asked several times an hour to purchase items. Usually a simple no gracias works. Never had an issue getting beach chairs or pool chairs. Beach bar tenders were excellent. We liked this hotel for the price and what we received. It was a lower cost all inclusive that……

“A very nice resort that isn’t too big. Clean, kid friendly, air conditioning, daily activities and night shows. Great location with easy access to the port and to the center. There are options for eating outside the resort which is great for guests who choose not to use the all inclusive option. ”

“I feel like we were treated less and were less attentive for being Hispanic ! And it is not family friendly. My kids were told they couldn’t swim in the pool for being to loud and too splashy . Will never come again . ”
