「The room at first night was small and there’s serious problem with the shower, the sewer was clogged and water flowed over all over the room all the way to the downstairs, we had to request to change to another room. Swimming pool at rooftop was not well maintained so the water looks not clean. 」

「if ocean side room it’s great ocean views and sunsets
nice patio but real basic room toilet take at least 4 flushes, minimum of 3 minutes till hot water arrives
staff is great, clean rooms, great location to many great restaurants seconds away, can be loud from music outside but that’s just because your right in the heart of it and on the beach」

「The hotel room view very nice ,u can hear the natural voice~ sea and bird.
The restaurant also good , can try the mexico food ,and the staff very friendly to recommend the food & good service.
One more, i should thank you the recepcion men~Fernando Rodriguez again in here. Autully i only stay one night at this hotel, and other 3day i stay at other hotel, and my fd leave the iphone charge in the room, he is a good guy. He was send the charge to our hotel by himself. Thanks so much.」
