「We had a wonderful stay overall—the hotel was clean, comfortable, and enjoyable in so many ways. The only issue we experienced was when I got locked out and needed a key. At that time, there was no one at the front desk. I noticed the on-duty staff member sitting in the restaurant just next to the lobby, but instead of helping right away, she asked me to wait. 「We loved our stay at FIORI Dolomites Experience Hotel. I made reservations for just one night, as I also had booked a rifugio closer to hikes, but I wish we had stayed here all three nights! Staff was really wonderful, room was extremely clean and well apportioned, breakfast was great, loved the evening bar, and the VIEWS of the mountains were amazing! Highly recommend.」
