Location was very easy to get to, staff incredibly friendly and also helped me setup a surprise of champagne and treats for myself and my wife to celebrate our recent marriage! Breakfast was great as well, would definitley stay again!

Great stay!

Nice stay. Highly recommend the efficiency and modern accommodations. Breakfast was one of the best we had on our trip. Staff was great! Free underground parking a huge plus.

We only stayed one night but it was very nice. The hotel is conveniently located close to a bus stop. They give you a bus ticket that it is good for 7 days. We had rented a car but still used it. There is a garage to park your car if needed. The rooms are nice and modern but very plain. I wish there was a small fridge. There is no AC which I heard that none of the hotels have. It got a little hot during the night and leaving the patio door open wasnt an option due to the traffic noise. The breakfast was superb!! Amazing variety and delicious! I would stay there again.

We had to leave another hotel that morning, and asked if we could store our bags for a couple of hours before check-in. They said we could but that it would cost 10 euro. That wasn't a great first impression. I guess they're going for an automated check in service in general, so it feels like there isn't anyone readily at the front desk, and very imprersonal. Then we noticed their coffee in the lobby had a charge too. It was a lot of nickeling and diming. The room was okay except it smelled heavily of cleaning products. The one great thing was the breakfast the next day. Overall, this was a mediocre experience.

숙소는 안전하며, 주차가 가능합니다. 지하 주차장으로 안전합니다. 조식은 여러 가지 먹을 거리를 제공하며 다양하고 맛이 있습니다. 객실은 넓고 안전합니다. 엘리베이터가 있어서 짐이 있어도 옮기기 어렵지 않습니다. 시내 교통도 편리하고 주변에 맛있는 식당도 있습니다. 시내로 갈 때 버스 한번이면 금방 도착합니다. 굳이 세체다 시내쪽으로 들어가지 않아도 여기에 머문다면 큰 불편이 없습니다. 다른 사람들에게도 추천하고 싶습니다.

Disappointing Stay at Saslong Smart HotelMen

Saslong Smart Hotel is relatively new — and unfortunately, that might be its only real advantage. The hotel is located outside of the main villages in the area, which makes finding nearby restaurants or cafés inconvenient, especially in the evenings. You’ll likely need to drive for any decent dining options. The rooms are decent in size, but they lack air conditioning, which made our stay uncomfortably warm. Even with the windows open, the rooms remained stuffy during summer nights. The beds were particularly disappointing — no mattress toppers and poor-quality mattresses meant you could feel the springs directly against your back. This led to several nights of poor sleep. Parking was good. All in all, I would not recommend spending your money on this hotel if you’re planning a visit to South Tyrol. There are many better options in the region, both in terms of comfort and location.

La struttura è ben fatta ma le camere non sono pienamente adeguate. I letti, specialmente quelli a castello, sono scomodi e difficilmente accessibili. La camera da 4 é troppo piccola per tutte quelle persone quindi non dovrebbero neppure proporla come tale. Al contrario la reception, gli spazi comuni nella hall ed il ristorante sono di ottimo livello.

Hotel moderno

Hotel moderno, somente ar condicionado estava muito quente sem possibilidade de regulagem, no banheiro o box tem um vão embaixo que molha um pouco o banheiro quando utilizado o chuveiro, no entanto cama muito confortável, um bom restaurante anexo e ainda com facilidade de acesso a diversas regiões. Voltaria a ficar novamente nesse hotel.
