"The staff were very friendly, and welcoming as soon as we got there. From the front desk to the cleaning staff, all of them were friendly. There was a day where the hot water didn’t work, but the staff was very apologetic and gave us a free upgrade to checkout later than our original time. The restaurant next to the lobby had a pretty tasty breakfast. Overall was a pleasant experience and when we return to Seattle, we will definitely use this hotel again."

"The breakfast is not complimentary but the bagel shop in the lobby had excellent food and coffee. The hot tub is a good size and the pool is warm, everything was clean. There was always someone to greet you in the lobby."
