"Finding the was difficult as you can’t access the property from the front as it is on a highway. The back is how you enter and it’s under construction as they’re building another building. Construction materials and debris, and no paved path make it challenging to access the property. The roof is very low and the beds are extremely uncomfortable. The washer machine smells like mold and ruined my son’s brand new shirt. Great location but wouldn’t stay there again"

The Paramount Hotel

8/10 Good

"I had a great four night stay. The room was clean and offered nice amenities. The staff and housekeeping were all really friendly. I really appreciated that they kept my bags a bit longer after I had checked out. I appreciated that I was able to stay till 2pm for an additional cost. Another bonus was that they didn't charge me for any resort fees. The hotel is very close to all the attractions, stores and restaurants. Pike Place was a 10 minute walk. It was the perfect stay. The only negative things were that the room did have a strange odor, the curtains were ripped and the bathroom sink was clogged. I did enjoy my stay besides these issues."

"We stayed here for 2 days prior to our Alaskan cruise. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Very walkable to a lot of attractions e.g. Pike Place Market, Space needle, Cruise Port etc. Seattle is very expensive and there are unhoused people everywhere. Rental scooters and bikes litter the streets all over downtown. Not a fault of the hotel but an observation. Would stay here again if I was in downtown Seattle"

"I rented a small room in this quaint property for a night. Despite being small they had staff at the front desk during the day. There's a little lounge off the front door and I believe complimentary tea/coffee stations on each floor. I had a view of the neighboring brick building a few feet away. While there wasn't a window directly across there were some nearby. The location was great. Walking distance to lots of great coffee and food choices! It was difficult to find street parking ($8/hr) so I ended up parking in a Diamond lot used by the nearby university for $17/day. Overall I would stay there again."

"This is a very cool, boutique hotel with lots of character. The staff were amazing, the breakfast that was included was good. The only downside was the restaurant food, it was cold and not too tasty - dinner only, breakfast downstairs was ok. Overall a great experience at this lovely hotel - would recommend! ***The downtown Seattle area has changed so much, a lot of junkies in the area at all hours - not specific to this hotel. Downtown Seattle is quite filthy.***"
